I think that’s a pretty fair deal. I don’t want it, but it’s a fair deal to solve the large bonus problem.

Your post was very clear. Has the player been paid yet or not?If you give your word on something, you need to keep your word if you want us to trust you.
Hey Robert just to clear the air can you tell everyone what you are doing to get things fixed?
You go to CM’s and post and you stick around for a little time and never posted your findings on them Issues.
Last day login was on May 22nd that’s not good.
I think many want to know what is going on.
Just think you get things all worked out many will think in the Positive way towards gamblingwages don’t ya think.

Just my 2 centsThe reason I have not posted is becasue I’m talking with the player once he is paid, he will post so. It sould be done by next week. Also that casino is not located in our offices so it takes little longer for us to get it done. Steve is on top of this.

Did you go to Casinomeisters not knowing how they felt about your casinos and anything connected to Virtual? I think the people at meisters really hate them. I was really surprised to see your first post there, greeting everyone as if you were meeting a bunch of new freinds.
Casinomeisters is one of my favorite sites. Outstanding forum it is. But you better have your act cleaned up past and present if you’re going to hang out there and don’t want all the complaining. Most of those members have been around for awhile, and have seen so many problems that weren’t solved, and they just don’t believe anything from your group or Virtual anymore.
I do understand that it’s probably hard enough for you to get player issues solved as it is, since your job is with affiliates. And I can understand why you may be limited and current and ongoing issues you might have more of an influence on. I appreciate knowing that you’re there to help with new issues that might come up. Unfortunately, most managers don’t last all that long there, and once you’re gone it’s back to the lion’s pit.

My issues is your retention consist of giving away every penny of my earnings to retain them, and I never see that “retention money return”
Im mean I have 30,000 in deposits, and i see $380000 in manager bonuses.. I end up going form 8K+ in earnings to $400. Oh, and i NEVER see that money lost back. Who the hell gets a 30K bonus?

Chris, i understand your concern. This is why we are offing the other deal to affiliates. Most of the reloads are at 200% plus on the bonus side. So $38000.00 is not far fetched. You have a deal in place already to counter act the big bonus offers.
