    I’m not sure what exactly this new “fix” is, but it has all 4 of my GW accounts in the negative. Having trouble seeing how this is an improvement.

    I have tried so hard to let this dog just die. Cause it’s 4 ups in the grave and from what I can see and the no responses in the past, it will continue to rot where it lays.

    I made several attempts to phone but…amazingly Steve was never available at any time. I have other issues to attent to in my life and unfortunately do not have the time to make daily phone calls.

    I have NEVER questioned all other QUESTIONABLE stats!!! ALL I have ever asked for was to be able to SEE my Palave of Chance stats. To this day, I am still denyed that. I click to view those stats and get:

    You entered an invalid login or password.
    Please re-enter your Affiliate ID and Password

    Which I know for a FACT is a bunch of bs! I KNOW I have players there or at least did. I should be allowed to VIEW those stats! All email requests have gone unanswered for YEARS!!!

    Although, I do not get all that upset about it as I know I have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting paid IF I even do have above the threshold earnings. As I stated earlier, I had to jump through hoops just to get a mear $100 or so from you over a year ago. That is after my payment was process incorrectly, I had to pay a Money Gram fee PLUS almost $80 in cabfare to go get the dam payment because it was NOT processed WU as I requested. I had to go 3 dam towns over. In short, ended up with about $35.

    The next time I expect to see a payment from GW is “maybe” Easter Sunday delivered by..:santa2:

    Remember that we said that by the end of the month you should see the difference and also keep in mind that if your players win, there is nothing we can do about that. We have discussed already how we would get this taken care of and we will.

    Everyone knows that I am always available to talk over the phone and if I am not around anyone that answers the phone can take a name and number so I can reach you back. In your case…. I haven’t received any calls from anyone I don’t know so far and I am still waiting to know who you are.     All fine and good. I can understand IF a player.players should wn. But what does that all have to do with stats being kep a secret? Such as my POC stats as will as Wild Vegas. I am not so concerned with Wild Vegas as I probably do not have any players but I DO know I have players with POC and have NEVER been able to see those stats. I have contacted several peole in your organization over the years and 90% of the time I do not get and answer. 1 person years ago, did send me my stats. I think that was about 3 years ago.

    So, what has happened with my POC players within the past 3 years? Why not let me view my stats????!
