Looking forward to a resolution that will end this “manager credit” nonsense and recieving a decent commission.
Hello All,
I can fully understand with everyone being upset with the manager credits. I will now explain to why this happens and what we are going to do to resolve this matter.
Why
John is given a $50.00 free chip with a 20x roll over and $50.00 max cash out.
John wins 3k. He knows he cannot cash out more than $50.00
so he tries to play it down, but keeps winning and get’s the balance up to 4k
in a over a week
He makes a pay out request of $50.00 and plays the balance of $3,950.00
off his account. This gives the affiliate a nice income of $1,185.00 (30% Rev Share)
from ghost money. So we have to apply manager credits to remove the $1,185.00
I know you might say “That’s not fair Robert!” But with an average of 2k to 3k
players doing this each month it really adds up.
How to Fix.
We will work with each affiliate who’s traffic is based mostly on free chips.
Since 99% of the rev share problems stem from this.
I would like to ask that any affiliate that has any problems please contact me personally
by email, so I may set them up on a program to counter act this problem.

Other RTG casino i promote dont have this problem so there is no reason that GW cant fix it in the reporting system.
When a player deposits 50 and wins 100,000 USD well if he cashes out max 50 usd based on bonus terms then affiliate gets no comission or – 25% of 50usd! ?

Other RTG casino’s don’t have anywhere near the volume we have.
How many of our bands do you promote?

to fix this problem, and it should be done by the end of Feb. What happens is good players are given cash back at the end of the month, that they may cash out or play.
If the money goes in as bonus money, the system will not let the player cash it out.
So they have to enter the money as Manager. On the flip side, when the player plays the money back you get the rev share for it.
We can switch you to a % of the deposits until this is fixed. Just shoot me an email and we can set up something.thanks,
