October 15, 2009 at 10:56 pm #804926AnonymousInactiveStaying on my stats, after almost 5 years of GW affiliation (fortunately in a very low placement), the commissions from every casino are falling down almost everytime at the end of the month. I’m just planning to be a player on cirrus or coolcat, make some big deposits the last day of every month and play, I’m sure that I will become so rich in a few months…this is not a theory or something malicious, just the truth.

I have just sent you an e-mail, so hopefully you will sort out the 16% commission I am currently getting. The other staff members from GW have given me the run around about how manager credits retains players, but none of them have been able to explain why I am only at 16% commission. I am not really interested in GW attempts to retain customers if it ends up costing me 24% in commissions.
I will gladly post positive feedback here if you sort out what is happening with my commission, please surprise me, :santa2: is around the corner.

Just to highlight that this is an ongoing problem, here is my reduced stats from this month (reduced due to GW being removed from my sites.)
Total Deposits: $605.00

I expect them to wipe out the $149 profit before the end of the month with another manager credit, as this is how they work.

We are actively working with senior management at GW to get any and all issues brought forward to CAP resolved. So far, their cooperation has been superb.

I apologize but I was waiting to get an email from you or an internal ticket and I do not see one. Please either send me an email or post here what your user ID in Gambling Wages is so I can look into your issue. We are working on new software that will help our customers have a clearer view of their stats, more user-friendly and it will also put an end to the “manager credit” issue.
