I got in touch with our office in India (in charge of getting this paid) and I was told that the rest of the money would be sent out shortly. I will stay on top of them until this gets resolved.

Chat session has expired. This may have been a technical error.
I believe Steve told us on the 11th that he would get on top of this. Don’t know who he is. Robert not talking to me anymore.
Anyway, I wonder what their definition of shortly is. To me this means in the next 2 or 3 days. It is now 12 days and still no action.
Give my regards to Steve, along with this message, and tell him I don’t see why they can’t sort this in the next 24 hours. All they have to do is press akey on their computer, and hey presto, the money will be in my account, and i will go away

There may be an error in my logic, but I don’t get this part:

    @Robert G 201532 wrote:

John is given a $50.00 free chip with a 20x roll over and $50.00 max cash out.
John wins 3k. He knows he cannot cash out more than $50.00
so he tries to play it down, but keeps winning and get’s the balance up to 4k
    in a over a week
He makes a pay out request of $50.00 and plays the balance of $3,950.00
off his account. This gives the affiliate a nice income of $1,185.00 (30% Rev Share)
from ghost money. So we have to apply manager credits to remove the $1,185.00

If John wins 3K from his $50 free chip this win will already be debited against my net win, right?
So when John loses the win back to the casino, everything will even out. Affiliate stats won’t be affected at all. Why the need for an adjusting manager credit?

Once John has rolled the free chip (Bonus money ) 20x it becomes real money.
Real money that has not been deposited into the casino, real money that is non cashable. If it is removed as bonus money the affilaite would recieve 30% of that money. But if it removed as manager credit it takes it away as real money like a cash withdrawal.
I hope this explains it a little more.

    thanks,

What about the 3K win in the first place? Wouldn’t this amount be debited against the affiliate’s current net win?

That would be correct! So that would 0.00 out the account.
But if John wins 3k for this chip (bonus money) and plays it back into the casino where does the money go?

    Thanks,

    A note from Charlie

    wrote:
What does he need to know? I won a jackpot for over $6000. I spent about $1000, left a balance of $5726 owing, so I guess this is what should have been paid. I only agreed to the payout of $4000 under duress, so that I would at least get something out of it, and he knows this. If they had any decency at all, which I doubt they have, they would pay whay they owe me, not just a figure they have plucked out of the air. I also feel they owe us some compensation for all the stress and time that this has taken.
To be honest, we can take legal action, and I would if I were closer to them.
They have breached many stds set out for internet use, and if you look at their home page they are in breach of the advt stds. Note the phrase, “quick payouts”. Also, by fiddling my payout they are guilty of fraud, and this alone is enough to shut their site down, because you definitely cannot use a website to conduct fraudulent activities.
What they have done is incomprehensible and they should pay for it.
This is why I was hoping that there may be a lawyer observing all this on the chatline, because I know that a lawyer would love to wrap his teeth around this one.

Cheers and thanks again for your persistence
    Charlie
