Their casino (Cirrus) still owes me US$5000 from almost five years ago; First I was told that “I would have signed up mulitple user accounts”, then they told me I would have “abused their bonuses”, then I was told that I “would not have been allowed to claim bonuses over 50%” and now they simply ignore my requests for payment.

I have responded to you over and over again.
The response from the casino was…
“he could not get bonuses over 30% – voiding winnings and returning original deposit”
You redeemed a coupon you should not have.thanks,

Your casino took my deposits and allowed me to play as long as I lost. How about returning the deposits from the previous weeks, if I was “not eligible” to play and deposit for these bonuses at all??Your casino has had a bad reputation for almost ten years and you are still not willing to commit any wrongdoing. I am not expecting to get paid by your place anymore at any time, but I will make sure to do my part and warn others.

I assumed many of these issues were taken care of at that time. Granted I don’t think everyone was 100% satisfied, but I don’t think anyone can make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time.
I may be mistaken but am I reading right, is this a player complaint or an affiliate complaint?
Halelovas- So am I reading this right? Your complaint is that, you deposited money, and lost, and now you want a bonus for funds you had deposited earlier?
Are you an affiliate? Just not sure that this is the best place to vent this concern. Have you tried the casinos customer service?

Not, you got that wrong. This dispute is indeed from my player account though and I posted about it on this site as Gambling Wages claims to “get their business straight” and that “all players will be paid”.
Clearly, this is not true.To cut it short this time; I played bonuses at their casino a long time ago and the casino refused payment after I won ~$5k. Below are only few of the various bogus reasons they have given me since then and of course none of them are true:
“We are not paying because you were not allowed to take bonuses of 30% or higher”
“You used multiple multiple player accounts”
“You abused our bonus system”I just can not read all the untrue claims about commission and players payments by GW in this forum anymore….. over and over for years.

I am still a little confused at what happend here, but if Halo claimed a bonus he shouldn’t have and he was aware of this 30% agreement, then fair enough. But if this is the case the players account should have been closed at that time. If you allowed this player to continue to deposit in good faith after he claimed the coupon, and this $5K win was off of one of those subsequent deposits, then he needs to be paid accordingly. You can’t just play this coupon card if the player wins, all the while continuing to accept his deposits after you say he broke the rules. Thats just straight thievery..

But since then,we now have an option to not let players that we deem bonus beaters to redeem those types of coupons.June 27, 2009 at 6:32 pm #801370CaptainetteMemberThis casino personally offered me multiple deposit bonuses after I reached VIP status with them. These promotion codes were sent directly from their casino to my registered email address. Previously I was told -nothing- but that “the casino reserves the right to not provide me all of their bonuses anymore”. My Neteller deposits were also accepted as long as I lost them.
Robert, you can personally check my account and confirm that I obeyed all terms and did nothing wrong at -any- time.Unfortunately there is no person or company that could assist me to enforce my payment from your Costa Rican business.
