Well the “other side” isnt responding and barely speaks english when they do. This is the third operator they have had a problem with too. So while I was initially pissed at Hype and laying the full blame on them I am now leaning toward a rogue software provider ala FutureBet. It appears that small operators with good intentions get involved with PreferedPlayer and once they build up their business to a certain level then BANG! problems. Guess who retains the client database through all of this? And its built at no cost to themselves.

We dont have a timeline on when this will occur, but usually once lawyers and courts get involved it takes months or even years to settle these sort of disputes.Oddly enough Steve stated that Dixcourt was committed to the brand and the industry and were looking at other software platforms. When we told him it would difficult or impossible to maintain the brand if current affiliates werent paid first he said they have every intention of paying affiliates when it was possible.
This matches my info.
I have also had some contact with “the other side” but as of late they have gone incommunicado.
There will be a confrontation in court.
This thing will play out, but it will take time. I do have confidence in Nix to pay up when they are allowed to do so. They are not poor by any means.
