It is with extreme regret CAP is suspending the certification of HYPE Gaming.
The following outstanding issues have forced us to take this position:
1. Numerous unresolved payment problems among players.
2. Numeorus unresolved payment problems with affiliates.
3. Failure to commuincate by affiliate management team.Until these issues are resolved to our satisfaction the certification of Hype Gaming is suspended.

Subject: Licensee’s takes action over Hype ManagementDear …,
We are the licensee of the Software for Hype Gaming Casino and we have been monitoring the situation regarding Hype Casino not paying their affiliates. Affiliates are very important to us as they promote and provide value to our casino clients.
Therefore we will not stand by and allow this to continue.
The Licensee has regretfully suspended Hype Management from Managing Hype Casino.
We wish to firstly advise that all Players Payments are absolutely safe and are being paid as the licensee will ensure that this is covered.
We have made a request to the previous Hype Management to immediately pay their affiliates and we have given them 72 hours to respond.
After this time has expired we will write to you again and advise if we have been successful and what the next steps we intend to take are.
We ask that you please provide us this time to allow us to attempt to retrieve your monies from the previous Hype Management.
Thank you for your patience and we wish to reinforce that we will not allow Casino Operators to not pay Affiliates.
Yours Faithfully
Casino Licenseentaus
