Hey Guys
Out of curiosity, how do we put a price on our affiiate accounts and websites?
Thanks
March 9, 2011 at 1:36 am #815108biggygMemberThere is only one way a buyer will value it ,the average earnings .We have bought many sites and we always look at last 6 months revenue plus the player base.I can tell you 100% the earnings the seller quotes us has never been close and usually 50% less .Probably they had some help boosting the revenue ,who knows.
March 9, 2011 at 1:28 pm #815114cashforaccountMemberThe website name will have something to do with the value as well. One word domains that is a keyword would be worth way more than keyword-keyword-keyword.com. Some are even worth millions.
The earnings as the post above me said plays a part also.

for your site, thats up to you, a savvy buyer would look at your SERP ranking, history of your domain, the site itself layout and structure, cms etc.
March 10, 2011 at 5:46 pm #815142ExpertistMembersay you earn 100,000 a year with all the affiliate accounts
plus your site network 10 sites
how much is that worth then?
March 11, 2011 at 3:28 pm #815161PaolinoMemberRather than looking at past earnings, I mostly look to estimate how much I think I will be able to get the site to earn by improving it, taking into account the following factors:
– Traffic
– Keywords it is being found for
– Age of the domain and of the site
– Content – must be well-written and original
– Domain name
– Genuine back-links (i.e not paid-for and unlikely to disappear)
– Potential to improve the site’s on-page SEOApril 7, 2011 at 10:37 pm #815571KasinoportalenMember@Dendrite 226706 wrote:
