Lots of sites running with any content management have a built in RSS feed or plugin. RSS is simply an XML output of your site so its not far feched to build one. What site are you looking to add an RSS feed on?
Let’s say an affiliate program has up to date news on the upcoming soccer world cup – I would like to add the news feed to my sports betting site
or I have a blog about my horse racing picks I would like to add it to my horse racing page about online horse racing
OK, there are a lot out there for free such as Add RSS News Feeds to Your Website, Free Website Content, Free RSS Feed Reader
Do you recommend RSS feeds?
It is actually duplicate content, I don’t think Google would like that.
duplicate content is no big deal to google any more (or was it ever) – I just want to add lines to my existing pages from my blogs – that way I don’t have to add it to all my sites
I would not use it for content but its nice for short bites on news and such, offering a good link to the source.

Ya I don’t think it will help your site but only the sources website. Unless You remove the source or use a no follow link probably not a great idea. IMO
I would use it from one of my website to another – for example – horse racing picks
one of my sites gets indexed with in 10 mins at google the other doesn’t
