There are several ways to get the jackpot feeds. Some banners (flash,typically) will pull in the jackpot numbers. You can get those from the affiliate programs.
The other way is to scrape the text, xml files and pull that information into your webpage either by javascript or via a cron job running php and pulling it to your own database. Both methods will work, but require good programming skills.
