How many of you are experiencing problems with Affclub? I just want a rough number. My AM is telling me that I fell through a crack and that I got unlucky. Still have not recieved my May & June payments.

One would be the loss of real time stats but the ability to track each brand you work with independently without creating a mass of profiles and also being able to analyze your stats in a detailed manner using the various online reporting tools available is I think a good trade.
Of course I completely agree with you and everyone here that late payment is a problem no matter what industry you work in, and in a perfect world this would never happen. I can only tell you that everyone involved with payments works extremely hard to get all the payments out on time.
Oh Bahh I almost forgot, I would ask you to refrain from copying and pasting conversations you have with your account manager in any forum without his/her prior knowledge. Not only is this completely disrespectful to someone that’s employed to help you benefit from having an account with us, its just damn rude. This is just my opinion Bahh and my request to you.
Warm Regards
Elliott

Well, something must be wrong when I have not recieved my May/June payment yet. I know that many others are having the same problems with Affclub. I’m not just unlucky. Maybe you should not have launched a system that’s clearly not working yet. BETA-testing is essential when you’re about to launch a new product. That is the first thing you’ll learn in school. And if you already have a customer base it is even more important.

I apologize, I have deleted the quote. Sometimes it seems that doing that is the only way to speed things up though.
Can you tell us that have not been paid yet why we should continue to work with Affclub?
September 4, 2007 at 3:50 pm #747783AnonymousInactiveI had one problem with them, they didn’t transfer my carry over from the old IOG.
But during the last 2 months I was receiving replies on my emails and I saw that they were working on my problem. Today finally I’ve received login details for my Party cashier account, so I hope to see my carry overs there soon, and I’ll again start promoting them. I was not sure in their responsibility when I didn’t see my carry overs and several months ago I currently stopped promoting them . But now I see everything will be okSeptember 4, 2007 at 3:56 pm #747784sipherMemberIn my opinion you should not have to ask about getting paid. You should not have to ask for your login details. It should be in their interest to sort out all the problems without us asking them over and over again.
Affclub should start act like they are certified.. If not then I think CAP should evaluate having them onboard.

I just recieved my payment this very minute! A few months of trying and now I finally got my comission.
September 4, 2007 at 4:19 pm #747791AnonymousInactiveThats great news Bahh, now what happened to those carry over amounts from the old IOG platform, that question has not been answered me yet.
September 4, 2007 at 4:44 pm #747797AnonymousInactiveI’ve also just received my payment. Thanks guys :hattip: I’m happy to start promoting you again.
September 4, 2007 at 6:19 pm #747808AnonymousInactiveI have been asking about carry-overs since the very beginning.
Cagney, you will now be told to email asking about the carry-over and if they decide not to answer you, you have no other way of asking.
Geez, I asked how to show these amounts in their stats, but was told that needed to be done by email also….I guess it’s a secret.

September 4, 2007 at 7:20 pm #747816vladcizsolMemberGuys it has been a rocky transition, but Elliot has always been very responsive. I suggest you PM him here at CAP. We are also happy to step in and assist when needed.
I agree its VERY frustrating waiting on payments and I honestly wish programs would NOT cut over to new systems until everything is at least 98% ready and tested, but that isnt what happened so lets work through it as best we can.
September 4, 2007 at 9:33 pm #747829AnonymousInactiveWith all due respect I sympathize with all they are going thru with the new program, however, I have pm’d Elliot here at CAP twice for the information he asked for, and have received no reply. I can understand I am one of many and I am very patient, just frustrated and would appreciate even a simple “I’m trying” or whatever the case is.
September 4, 2007 at 9:46 pm #747832AnonymousInactiveI will chase your issue up as soon as the office is open in the morning.

September 5, 2007 at 6:57 am #747872AnonymousInactiveWithin the last days, I recieved my party cashier login details and a small part of my carryover commissions. Thank you very much.
Now I´m expecting to be credited with the correct amount.
