was checking my stats at a MGS aff program and the following makes no sense at all.
- player purchased $3,066.82
- Gross Gaming Revenue ($2,936.16)
- Progessive Fee $14,569.95
- Non Cash Incentives $669.36
- Net Gaming Revenue ($18,175.48)

It looks like you have a player / players who is hitting the progressives really hard.
I would find out how much was actually bet on progressives, for you to get a $14,569.95 fee charge, and than go from there.

Thanks Rak
I probably should have explained it better, was well past my bed time when I posted. My post was a shock/horror statement and not asking how this total was acquired.

My point exactly!
For argument sake if this player was playing CashSplash. For every $3 spin, 75cents of that bet goes to the progressive jackpot fee.
Since this post, I’ve contacted my AM who, also agrees something is wrong with these stats.
Now waiting for his response.Cheers

I’ve seen this kind of stats before. They can be ok, especially if your player was rolling the Mega Moolah Summertime or 5 Reel, because at these slots you can really bet a lot of money every spin.

Hi Chris,
Good Morning.
Your stats look as they do, since one of your players has done another charge back.
That is why your stats display as they do.
Let me know if you want to know more regarding your player.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
