Is this correct
I send you players and in return you send me money for doing so
I could’ve sworn this was the concept
If so, perhaps you can explain why i’ve never received a penny for the depositing players i’ve sent you
Not trying to be a smartass, but business is business, my affiliate id is nick777, can you look into this and offer some explanation

We are an affiliate program.
This means you either earn a percentage of the money we gain or you earn a fixed amount per QUALIFYING PLAYER you send (the first being called Revenue Share and the second CPA). Like any affiliate program, you must earn a MINIMUM amount to get paid. We also pay before a fixed DATE that you agreed to when signing up. Affiliate programs also have CONTACT us information on their website, so that you don’t go place public complaints about issues that your business partners (i.e. us) don’t even know about. Placing public complaints is best done IF you do not receive satisfaction from your affiliate representatives.
Now on to your case. You have never contacted us untill you posted this here. You are on CPA, which means, atleast at your commission level, you get $60 per QUALIFYING player. You have sent 6 depositing players since you started as an affiliate with us. 3 of those players have qualified. One qualified last month, and 2 more this month (sometimes players don’t qualify immediately because they don’t deposit enough, but over time they qualify by depositing more and then we count them).
For this month it isn’t even time for payment, as payments are issued before the 15th business day, which means we have untill the 22nd of January to pay December’s commissions. However your december’s commission is $60, which is less than our minimum payout ($100), therefore, you are not on this months payout list.
Your January’s commission of $120 does qualify for payout (given none of your players are banned). So by the 15th business day of Febuary, we will pay you $180 if none of your players are banned.
No mistery, it is actually quite standard the way “we work”.

Now how am i supposed to know this
I see a total amount earned sitting there at the bottom for the last 3 months, i see deposits in excess of $500, from the 6 depositing players, i see 100+ players, but i never get any money, but keep thinking i should, no way of checking qualified depositors, etc
Nobody from your place has ever contacted me, i think this should be standard practice for any good affiliate program, to contact their affiliates at least once, especially if they send you 100+ players
And if i had a better feel from you i would be on rev share, not CPA, it’s your questionable policies(some being discussed here)that do not inspire me with confidence.
Now i think you’re trying to tell me you will send me $180 next month sometime, Feb 2007, for players from Nov 2006, ok fine, unless you decide to give them the boot.
So why would you consider giving them the boot, and why should this affect me at all, you made your money, i doubt you’re in the business of giving out full refunds, how does this concern me at all, i did my part.
Anyway, it’s not a big deal, i don’t think i was implying any wrong doing on your part with my post, just questioning and giving you the opportunity to respond in public as others might go through something similar with you, i know i’ve seen a few people a bit wary of you here
You provided an adequate explanation i think
If i had seen you had a msn id in your profile i probably would have contacted you online, you should have it in your signature, i just noticed it now, nothing on your site except a form.
Take care

Many affiliates don’t even like to be contacted… they just want the money in their account on time, which we almost always provide.
Quote:Now i think you’re trying to tell me you will send me $180 next month sometime, Feb 2007, for players from Nov 2006No, what I AM telling you is that we will pay you $180 by the 15th business day of February for the $120 you earned in January, and a $60 carry-over from December which wasn’t enough to make a payment during this month. You did not earn a ANYTHING during November. The way we will pay you is all in accordance to our Terms and conditions… which is the contract YOU AGREED TO when you signed up.
The reasons we would ban a player, are, and not limited to: charge backs and fraud attempts. You should be able to find this in the Terms and Conditions of the Casinos YOU PROMOTE. The reason we pass this cost on to you? We are willing to loose money on someone who wins and on top of it pay you $60 (causing us to loose money). But we are NOT going to get a charge back (fraud against us) from a player and then pay you $60 on top of it. CPA= Cost per Aquisition, this is determined by rules of who qualifies. We will pay whether your player wins or looses… but not if he/she is a fraud.
When you say “there is nothing on your site except a form”… I think that form is quite a big exception… I also believe our Toll free number in A BIG FONT would also constitute an “exception” to the way you categorize we have “nothing on our site”. Not to mention there is a second form when you log in.
Let me know if you need anything else, and please, use our internal ticketing system… it is there for a reason, so that you get better service, as I do not check this forum everyday, but I do check the ticketing system everyday.
