We found this blog on http://casinopartnerscheats.blogspot.com/ which shows quite clearly how the stats are manipulated.
February 8, 2007 at 7:12 am #726513AnonymousInactivewtf happened to this post?

February 8, 2007 at 11:31 am #726527SaraMemberI had questioned this post on the other thread, these stats seem VERY strange, however only excuses as to what net win mean… was made.
Seems to me like some people on here want to keep a dirty sheet looking clean on top…

A few things spring to mind …
(1) The blog writer posts here takes 4 days and then immediately launches into a diatribe about how CAP is in on the act and colluding – and he says EVERY single forum does the same.
That’s crazy …. and if that rant is indicitive of his arguements and reasoning then it’s not wonder thateveryone switches off and ignores him.
:blahblah:(2) End of May stats. He is particularly incensed about the end of may when there are two deposits but no action at all.
It does seem a bit strange – but I have seen stuff like that happen – although I would expect the players to eventually start playing -perhaps the following weekend ?
(3) However the raw total statistics DO have a point … Your revenue share of 25% should roughly equal deposits – withdrawals (less of course any outstanding amount in still play in accounts).
===========================================
Let me post the numbers and then paint a likely scenario and see where we are :
Money in the system
He has :
– 12009 in deposits
– 669 in withdrawalsThat’s a potential maximum profit of 11340.
Banking Fees
You might also expect to see a banking fee charge of between 2% and 4% for both deposits and withdrawals (depending on neteller, creditcard, bank wire (etc). So that’s 12009+669 = 12678 * 0.02 = 253 or maybe even 506
Bonus Payments
Now here’s the tricky thing – looking at the stats it appears that bonuses are taken off the winnings total when they’re awarded – and so it lowers the affiliates profits until the bonuses are lost.I can’t quite get my head around the bonus awards though – as they don’t appear to be an obvious percentage of funds – in some cases it’s 100% in some cases it’s 50% …
Residual player funds
Also I’d suggest that anywhere between 10% to 50% of fund could still be in play in peoples accounts.=====================
So …. here is a possible scenario
Money is deposited, played and lost.
We have a total of 11340.Perhaps 25% is still sitting in players accounts : 2835
We may also have 20% bonuses and 25% of that is still in accounts : 567
There are bank fees of (say) 3% in total : 380
I’ll assume no fraud. So by my reckoning that player could expect to have a 25% share of :
11340 – (2835 + 567 + 380) = 7630That could be an affiliate share of 1908.
He’s got 1426.I could easily reach this figure by estimating more retained funds by players (of around 40% instead of 25%) of bonus payouts of more than 20%
February 8, 2007 at 11:01 pm #726619AnonymousInactiveFURTHER POINT OF INTEREST
I note that the reporting shows REAL new depositors – or at least has a column – but there are none in April – despite there being 4466.31 in deposits. This suggests that either :
(1) this column doesn’t work – although it does work in May … or …
(2) we’re not seeing the full picture and the affiliate has earlier trafficWhy wasn’t this shown? It’s obvious important to get the full picture.
I’m always wary of people who publish selective statistics.SUMMARY
It appears to me that our Italian Blogger has naively assumed that a 25% share is a share of gross revenue – before expenses and bonuses … this is almost never the case. He’s also assumed that you can calculate expected earnings on deposits – withdrawals which assumes that all your players are broke. I don’t know about you but I have plenty of active betting accounts with cash in them.
But having been raised in a public place – there is a case to answer too – and it would be in Casino Partners best interests to do so – and clear the air.
POSSIBLE RESOLUTIONS
Casino Partners could clear this whole matter by publicly publishing a full and frank reconcilliation of this account – with the blog writers permission of course.Or Professor (CAP owner) or Integrity (of APCW fame) could be involved in a private discussion with Casino Partners and publish their verdict after seeing the facts.
If there’s nothing to hide – then let’s have the blog claims refuted with a simple public explaination – rather than trying to bully the affiliate with SLANDER charges (as the blogger claims to have received on his site).
He’s asking for an explaination – and even in my basic workings I can see how the numbers are possible ….
… so how about opening the books on this affiliates activities eh ?
:popcorn:February 8, 2007 at 11:10 pm #726620AnonymousInactiveOh – just to highlight this point – Fulltilt Poker is the perfect example ….
It’s a published 20%-25% share – but only of NET revenue – after you take off fees, bonuses, player added and comps then it’s usually about 10% of their rake.
Last month we generated around $4500 in rake for them from our players – but we only got paid $550. Hardly 20% is it?!!
:crazy:But I’m not acccusing Fulltilt poker of cheating – because each month they give me a fully detailed list of all the players and all the charges – and I can see in black in white that every penny is accounted for.
I imagine that it’s much the same thing – but Casino Partners reports are not detailed enuogh to make it obvious.
(right I’m finished on this subject – honest!!)
:bigsmile:But I’d love to see an official reconcilliation … otherwise people WILL talk
