I posted this in a different spot yesterday but I think I put it too deep in the thread where it can’t be seen so I am posting here.

I contacted google yesterday but have not heard any thing yet. here is what I posted.

I hope I posted in the right spot as I would really like some feed back on this.

As alot of you know, I have have my casino site up for 7 years with many, many redesigns. My PR is 3.

I designed a flash site for my poker domain and have been live since Feb and it now has a PR of 4 after only 3 months. I have absolutely no idea why this is BUT, I typed in google “lucky lady online poker” and the site that is ranked #3 is http://www.free-1.com/?path=top/out.php – This link has my identical title and description in google and when you click on it, it takes you to some lotto site and when I looked at the souce coding, the title and description is completely different. Does anyone know why the google title and descr. is mine and yet the link has a completely different title and description?

If you go to the 3rd page rank 21 is “directory.searchwarp.com/A218P5-Adult-Entertainment.htm” which is a directory that I swapped links with and is the same title and description I submitted.

If anyone can shed light on this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Is there a way to stop it? I contacted google 2 days ago and haven’t heard anything back.

If you click on the cached link, it shows one of my site pages with the keywords highlighted but if you click on the search result link itself, it goes to this stupid ***** site.

Voovoo I would have to confirm this fellow is a scraper and has been in business for quite sometime.

The person did indeed steal your tiltle and description for sure. This person has been doing this stuff for all ong time now, we are talking years. On April 23/2006 he decided to step it up a notch and scrape your site.

The evidence is quite clear

By the policy quidelines set out by all major search engine this would be condisered spam and content theft. When the link is clicked the resesult has nothing to do with
Online Poker, Texas Hold em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud tables and tournaments, lots of players and no downloads! but rather, otto, free lotto, lottery, free lottos, free lottery, internet lottery, cyber lottery, lotto

This is speculation at this point but interesting. Brandon Blum is a major scraper for 888.com as well.

There is probably a lot more I could dig up. As it is right now you have every right to complain. The cache version of this site clearly shows further foul play. This has cost you in traffic mainly.

So what can be done? well first submitt a spam report to google then submitt content theft complaint to google. Google is usually pretty slow so it may take a while. Far as contacting the server you would be wasting our time. We could all submitt a spam report its quite clear that is what it is. But you would have to submitt the theft report. If all else fails PM me. greek39
