Up until Nicholas left GW, I was earning a little revenue here each month (by little I mean within a couple hundered dollars each month… give or take)
Not only was I earning but he would personally PM me via GW mailer whenever the cash was available. Not only that, but ALL my emails were answered by him or his team members within a day or so.
But since he has left, not only I am suddenly not making a dime here…. my emails and request for support go totally unanswered :tooconfus
I thought that maybe GW had changed it’s past evil ways and became one of the few reputable RTG’s… but I Guess I was sadly mistaken :flush:
ARE THERE ANY HONEST RTG PROGRAMS LEFT???
May 22, 2008 at 8:54 pm #768329vladcizsolMemberYou’re not the only one.

May 26, 2008 at 3:36 pm #768522beachman1975MemberHello All,
Although Nicolas is no longer with our Company, that is no reason to assume that our customer service and affiliate programs will deteriorate. Frankly, it is just the opposite! We have just brought in all new senior management, and we are working really hard to turn this into the best affiliate program in the business.
There have been past “sins” and communications with affiliates has been way lower than it should be, but we are actively working to address these issues completely.
What I can say is that as of May, we basically have a totally new affiliate team led by professionals with many years of experience in the industry. We are very pleased to answer any questions and resolve any outstanding issues for any affiliate, and we will work very hard to earn and keep your trust.
In addition to reaching me here, I can be reached at [email protected] or toll-free at +1 (877) 767-6923.
Why don’t we communicate soon and see if we can resolve any questions. I can also point you to our highest converting banners or help in any other way. I am confident we can both make some real money together, and I would appreciate the opportunity to do so with you. I think you will find a real difference here these days, let us show it to you.
Best wishes,
Lloyd

http://www.gamblingwages.com – Web SiteMay 27, 2008 at 7:55 am #768568AnonymousInactiveNow were are being talked to like Newbies!
I think we all know which banners work best for us, we have been with this company for years some of us. and i must say your response to the issue here sounds recorded.
May 27, 2008 at 4:21 pm #768615beachman1975MemberSorry if it sounded like we were talking down to anyone… while you definitely are an experienced affiliate you would be surprised by the large percentage of affiliates who really don’t have your expertise, who don’t update their sites with the latest banners and promotions, and who keep old promotions on their sites way beyond their time. I was simply trying to reach out to the community to say we are trying to put things right here, and offering to provide assistance to anyone who wants it. In reality many affiliates make a lot less than they could if they used better banners, newer promotions or did simple things that you as a pro already know. It was not meant to talk down to you, or anyone, and I’m sorry if it came off that way.
We want to help newbies (and there are a lot) to become successful as quickly as possible. We also want to help the more experienced affiliates with special programs, exclusive offers, and resolving any individual issues. All we are asking for is that you communicate with us directly so we can address questions and fix any problems.
The prior management here did some things right and some things were not done the way they should be. Turning around a program with many thousands of affiliates is not an overnight situation, and we are working very hard to address all the outstanding issues and concerns – and WE WILL GET THEM ALL FIXED. A little patience is required, and I think you can all see that we are being as proactive as possible in responding, talking with affiliates via email and phone and trying to resolve past issues as quickly as possible.
Again, sorry if it sounded like we were talking down to anyone, it was not meant that way.
And if ANY affiliate of ours has a problem or a question, all you need to do is contact me and we will get it resolved or answered intelligently and promptly.
I an always available via email at [email protected].
By the way Triple777s: I went through your site (which is nicely done by the way) but I don’t see that you are even registered or active as an affiiate of ours, so I’m not sure what your gripe is… you might be pleasantly surprised at what we could do for you, and it seems like you are promoting almost every other program out there… if there is some reason you are upset with us, let me know, I’ll fix it…

May 28, 2008 at 12:06 pm #768693AnonymousInactiveI see a rash of deductions lately, and low earnings as well. Deposits are up as normal but payday is low. Also I am still looking for my April commision, no response via the GW mailbox…
May 28, 2008 at 1:08 pm #768709vladcizsolMemberThese are the same challenges Nicholas faced and I addressed last year. Hopefully Frazier can chisel his way through Tej’s thick skull and make a real difference. Nicholas was making progress albeit slowly before he had to throw in the towel. Let’s hope Frazier’s input there will erode the rock further.
May 30, 2008 at 5:40 pm #768934beachman1975MemberDear Triple777s,
We had looked at your site Triple 777s Gambling Forum and didn’t see any banners for our casino partners; however, we apologize that we did overlook many postings under giggles7p, which at first looked like postings from an affiliate who was a different entity… sorry for the confusion. Since our change in management is very new here, I was not aware that Triple 777s and giggles7p were the same person.
Since we did not see any banners, only forum posts, it did not appear that “Triple777s” was active as an affiliate, an easy mistake to make and hope you’ll forgive the oversight. Now we know better.
We do value your business under giggles7p, and are pleased to do whatever we can to assist you in any way at any time.
I have also sent you a private email with some more info. Look forward to speaking with you soon.
All the best,
Frazier
