I think it is time for an ultimatum for 888 – fix this or we rogue Pacific Poker. I have held back on this to give them a chance to clean tis up.

That is where the vulnerability lies for the company.Well shoot, if I had known that, I would have created a special rogue page for Pacific Poker a long time ago! I guess I’ll start working on that tonight if I have time.

Ziv also holds a patent for Method and Apparatus for Populating Multiple Data Marts in a Single Aggregation Process. Link xxwww.ca.com/patents

Nailing the down the Ip or Isp could be difficult because he operates multiple servers and flips his Ip often. But it just takes some time to find the connection.

There is more if needed, I have some copies of some old messages. I hope this helps a little. I plan on making another post later tonight to Janet

This is excellent, Greek. Very good work!!

Now I am wondering, if someone goes forward with the information, how can we “prove” the accusations? Of course I believe what you have posted… but is there a way for you to explain where you got this data from, so that others can duplicate the results? Or is it all acquired in a unique way that nobody else would be able to replicate?

Its true he is security freak before he became corrupted. He has done a lot of ground breaking improvements to firewalls. This I beleive is what gives him the cozy relationship with Google and mainly MSN.

I am pretty confident I can directly link him to scraping or at least cyber crime. I also wonder if his legitimate partners are aware he is a gambling affiliate?

    Thank you very much!

When something is put on the internet or www. It can never be destroyed, just buried somewhere. There are so many tools at your disposal to track him down. In most cases I trace the route by which the packet was delivered as it past through the net.
sometimes I run into a brick wall.

Prelinger is a good tool as well. The whois I don’t really used unless I know the person is stupid. I might use a site map tool for some domains, just to get an idea of size and for affilaite tags that are hidden. I usually have my cpanel open on my desktop showing me the latest visitors.

Also I change my logins everyday and before I log off my computer I do a military grade 10x track eraser. I don’t put anything in my favorites folder, plus I run lots of anti hacking tools such as kaspersky.

Some people are more prone to scrapes based on their Ip location. The malicious scripts that are sent oot are set to follow a certain path. So in essence a simple server change could in theory cut down on the scraping.

    I can duplicate the results.

I do not believe that his associates and definately not Google and MSN are aware of his dealings with the gambling industry. That is why he is using Janet as alias. On the webmasterinthesun4 site his name is just ziv, no surname nothing else. I also haven’t notice his picture anywhere. He seems to be leading a true double life and thinks he has been successfull in doing that. When I assisted Dave with the 888 investigation a couple of weeks back I noticed that he has servers in the Netherlands, Israel and several in the US. He had over 700,000 domains hosted just on his one server. I tried to make a huge network and made notes of ownerships and logged whois information. However with the amount of sites involved it became to much and it was easy to get confused on where you initially started the tracking. It is the first time in my life that I investigated such a big network of interlinked sites and I need to get my technique right to actually get the direct evidence we require. Greek how are you logging all the information without getting the facts confused.

One thing no one should do, is accuse Ziv or his alter ego Janet of being behind all of this shit in public we are now seeing. He will threaten and carry out legal action if no proof is available. I have been well warned personally by Ziv about this and I have no reason not to believe him on this.

My traffic is still holding up but I am spending way too much time issuing large scale spam reports, plus individual site reports to google. Instead of actually working on my sites.

Keep up the pressure on 888, that is the key I believe to get him to stop. My dedicated Pacific Rogue Page will be up this morning. I seriously suggest others follow the same tactic if you are being targetted by these spam .pl sites. It is obvious they are not going to be called off by the individual who has created them.

I am very surprised that Google is not eliminating these sites. They can not be good value for advertisers.

I have a tough time articulating some of this stuff. Chatmaster I log info in a text file and only trace one route at a time. If I run into a brick wall, which happens I try a different route. The route I am talking about are data centers such as T routes. I rely mostly on Ip’s and isp’s sometimes I use a this DNS tools to check for cracks.

Webzcas so I finally made to the a BH forum could you tell me which one?

The connection that Janet is Ziv I beleive is conclusive. greek39

Syndk8 – Janet started a thread the other day there as BroadProspect linking to the current public thread in CAP – So we have the majority of the BH Community watching as a result. Hence the number of guests.

WOW Greek that is hectic stuff! It is like these web developers that work for me… They cannot understand that I actually still code my HTML pages in Notepad lol…

I actually make use of excel and do a whois and server ownership on every IP i check. I also traceback ownership or WHOIS changes to check if there wasn’t a trail left. Then I also traceback all sites hosted on that specific server. It is a hectic investigation and I am running circles in my own mind :banger: It is virtually impossible to do this my way as it is too much information making it more confusing, and I was actually looking for advice on the issue… Any ideas?
