I was just wondering because I had there banner up for couple month and still see nothing. Not even one download. Hmmmmm this I am not 2 sure of. If anyone here is doing good with them, please let me know and how come those guys don’t have traffic stats for clicks? :wavey:
March 13, 2005 at 3:35 am #662832AnonymousInactiveI’d like to know what others think of 32Red, too.
One thing about 32Red that bothers me, is that they have two different websites — 32red.com and 32redpoker.com. Each one has its own affiliate program. And each site has a prominent link to the other — 32red.com has a link to 32redpoker.com, and vice versa. But, when you send someone to 32red.com, if they should click the link leading to 32redpoker.com and then sign up at the poker site, you will not get credit. :Ohno:
So basically, you have to become an affiliate with 32red.com and 32redpoker.com and hope your referrals don’t click around too much once they arrive at the site. I chatted with a 32red employee (via the live chat feature) and they told me that I need to sign up with both the 32red and 32redpoker affiliate programs. Pretty inconvenient if you ask me. Why can’t the two sites be connected with cookies or something; why doesn’t the affiliate tracking code carry over to the other site?
If anyone here has more information about this, please share. I know 32Red isn’t a certified partner, but maybe they will be someday….
March 15, 2005 at 3:38 pm #662923AnonymousInactiveI’m giving this thread a bump. Does anyone have comments about 32Red? 😎
March 20, 2005 at 9:17 pm #663128AnonymousInactiveOk, it’s been 2 month straight, and no downloads
or what so ever in this Casino. I’m taking them off
the list. :drink: I don’t know but Casinomeister
seem to rank them as #1 but I don’t see how this
can be when no body is having any kind of results
what so ever with them, and we can’t even see
if we are getting any click though or what so ever.
If they want us to trust them and keep on promoting
them, they should make there affiliate system more
readable.March 21, 2005 at 3:45 am #663154AnonymousInactiveour affiliate with them doesn’t do well either.
April 14, 2005 at 3:13 pm #664155AnonymousInactiveHi All,
My name is Jonny Brand and I’m the Head of Marketing at 32Red. I was sorry to read some of your comments above but can understand how frustrating it is when you do not earn any commission month after month.
Please rest assured that we do track referrals across both sites and although they do not appear in the stats that you can see at our affiliate centre, we do include the commissions in the monthly payment.
In addition,I am painfully aware that our affiliate software is not the greatest – however we are right in the middle of developing a brand new affiliate system which we will be rolling out in the next 2 months. I am sure when this has been done you will all be very satisfied.
Yours Sincerely
Jonny Brand
October 14, 2005 at 4:18 am #674336AnonymousInactiveJust a not that it is now October 2005 and the promised upgrade in the software is just never happening. I suppose i’m better off removing them from my site too.
October 14, 2005 at 6:40 am #674338AnonymousInactiveI haven’t done bad with 32Red considering the limited exposure I have given them. I dont care for the stats either. I have them thru Brand Conversions…not sure what the difference would be, but Catherine is good to work with. Here’s there link if anyone is interested. :wavey: http://www.brandconversions.com/affiliates/login/login.php
October 14, 2005 at 3:24 pm #674352AnonymousInactive32Red is a class act.
They are responsive and run one of the very best casinos online. Cashout is almost instant and customer care is super.
This is one of the casinos I can give full support to.
I am hoping the statistics will improve soon – a little birdie tells me they will.
October 20, 2005 at 7:59 pm #674716AnonymousInactiveI do well with 32 Red because they have very good customer service, fast cashouts, and high limits. I don’t get a lot of players, but the ones I do get seem to bet big.
This is one of those programs that is great for the players, but terrible for the affiliates. The stats are ridiculous.
October 20, 2005 at 9:09 pm #674722AnonymousInactiveGuys,
Knowing personally several people that work for 32Red, I can completely confirm that they are a great outfit. I have done ok with them also since I started promoting them.
Also I and a few other affiliates are currently testing the new affiliate software for them. It is a massive improvement and should be live to all soon.
October 21, 2005 at 2:04 am #674738AnonymousInactiveThat’s great! Thank you for the “insider” information.
In the latest issue of eGaming Review magazine, Ed said 35% of their business was from affiliates route. So improvement of their affiliates stats system should affect their bottom line to certain extent.
