i have a blog on solar and things green http://www.sunpowereddreams.com where i just wrote an article on how the reduced CO2 emissions by the average Hybrids cars is worth about $20 worth of CO2, for $7000 premium per vehicle.
any stumbles, diggs, etc would be appreciated.
