Guys,
I just did a quick survey of some of my casinos recommended methods of purchase/withdrawal for the US and came up with this:
Revenue Giants: Purchase: eWalletXpress/WU – Withdraw: none
Roxy: Purchase: C2P/Credit Cards – Withdraw: C2P/Check/ACH/Wire Transfer
True Earnings: Purchase: C2P/Credit Card – Withdraw: none
Club World: Purchase: EcoCard/eWalletXpress/Credit Card/Bank Draft/C2P – Withdraw: Wire/Bank Draft/EcoCard? (I don’t think you can withdraw with EcoCard – not sure about this) – in there trying.
Hype: Purchase: Credit Card/ACH/JCB (what is this?) – Withdraw: none
Gambling Wages: Purchase: Credit Card/C2P/ACH – Withdraw: Cashier Check ($50 min)/ACH
Brightshare: Purchase: C2P – Withdraw: Check
CPS: Purchase: Credit Card/EcoCard/eCheck – Withdraw: Check
Casino Rewards: Purchase: Credit Card/Wire Transfer/eCheck/EcoCard/Bank Transfer – Withdraw: none (Wire Transfer?)
Would it pay us to write to casinos to suggest eWalletXpress (can one withdraw – not sure), EcoCard (can’t withdraw, I think), Gift/Prepaid Debit Cards (I know some of them accept withdrawals).
I took this off my home page –
secure1.galileoprocessing.com/acct3/index.php?ls=vwp – Wired Plastic
netspend.com/welcome – NetSpend
allaccessgift.com/gift/index.m – All Access Gift Cards
myatmonline.com – ATM Online, payex.com – Payex
It’s possible that Netspend can be funded by PayPal but we can’t verify this.Someone posted this am that ePassporte is no longer accepting US players/webmasters. I went to site and couldn’t see any announcement either way.
Comments?

February 24, 2007 at 4:44 pm #728549AnonymousInactiveI can at least verify that netspend does allow PayPal transfers as I’ve done quite a few.
They tell me that they can also accept ACH though I haven’t tried it yet.
February 24, 2007 at 4:56 pm #728550AnonymousInactiveWired Plastic can also be funded with Paypal.

It’s the same old story.
I believe there is no EcoCard for any US deposits to any of the RA Casinos. No Direct Wire Transfers either, just Wire Transfers (ie.. WU/MG), EZIPay and existing US C2P’s.
Withdrawal is check, EZIPay and existing US C2P’s.
JCB is a creditcard that residents of 8 states can apply for.

What is “RA”?
Rewards Affiliates? If so, check the banking area. It’s there, and it’s working fine for U.S. players.
Jackpot Factory will also have Ecocard as of the 28th I’ve been told.
Superior will have Ecocard, and a few other new ones next week.
Pantasia and 400 both now have Ecocard.
I didn’t know cashouts weren’t possible with Eco though. I assumed since payments were ok, that a cashout would be also. Hmmm..
February 25, 2007 at 1:30 am #728580AnonymousInactiveThe EcoCard works like a stored value card – so any money you “deposit” can only be used for purchases.
Quote:3.5. EcoCard is a prepaid payment mechanism. Once the registration process is completed, an EcoCard Holder can supply the EcoCard with funds for further usage. Depositing to an EcoCard Account can be completed only by the respective EcoCard Holder without limitation. Funds can only be used to purchase products and/or services from authorized Merchants that accept EcoCard as a payment tool on their websites. But the account also acts as a repository for transfers and cashouts from merchants.
Quote:6.9. Withdrawals: You agree that only winnings paid out by the Merchants to your EcoCard can be withdrawn. So … you can’t cash out your own deposits on an EcoCard … but you can withdraw payments made by other people to your EcoCard.
It sounds a bit weird .. and took me a while to accept … but seems OK once you get your head around it.
:tongue:February 25, 2007 at 2:06 am #728582AnonymousInactiveJCB is Japan’s largest credit card company.

Is it working for USA players – you know this for a fact?
http://www.zodiaccasino.com/banking/helper-ecocard.asp?
http://www.captaincookscasino.com/banking/helper.asp?siteAction=ECOCardThe “option not available in USA” logo is just an error? That would be great if it is.
Jackpot Factory had the EcoCard logo but removed it, you say it’s coming on the 28th?
February 25, 2007 at 1:52 pm #728595AnonymousInactiveVA casinos offer Ecocard as a withdrawal option, or so Eprocessingservices told me. Unless this has changed since last week. I haven’t funded Ecocard, since I have to do it from my bank, and I don’t want to do that.

With the speed at which things are changing this month. I guess we’ll just wait and see what happens. I hope so.
February 25, 2007 at 11:56 pm #728616AnonymousInactiveSaw this tread and wanted to let you all know…..
I just got a cashout to my ecocard account via Club World Casino, the very next day!
:happydancFebruary 26, 2007 at 10:13 am #728631AnonymousInactiveI’m sure Lloyd, Marcia or Shelli would know the answer about Jackpot Factory and Ecocard. You should ask them. And Renee would definitely be able to confirm this for Rewards.

Now Rewards removed the “no usa players” icon for Ecocard I mentioned in the previous post after my email to Yaniv on the 22nd. But he told me they weren’t going to endorse it, unless it is the only method a player can use to withdraw.
Apparently that has changed in the last 72+ hours?
March 1, 2007 at 11:36 am #729103AnonymousInactiveFor affiliates – BrightShare – EcoCard is already active.
Unfortunately, this morning we received an update from Data-Cash that Jackpot Factory Casinos will get EcoCard live on March 6 – not Feb 28, like we had been told previously.
The good news is that it will have full service – cashin and cashout.
Sorry for this delay and any confusions it may cause.
Marcia
