Christine where did you hit it big in Vegas? I did well on the Paigow Poker Tables at the Wynn and at Palazzo. The slots werent so kind though so it ended up being a wash for us on our last visit.
January 5, 2009 at 11:00 pm #791687AnonymousInactiveLou with it being the holidays I am sure many of us are just catching up to things and have not even read anything over at GPWA, I know I have not and I will when I can get the time to settle my house.
January 5, 2009 at 11:03 pm #791690AnonymousInactiveI hit on those jackpot party progressives you know where you pick the stars for each level? Won 2600 at the wynn on that and then went to pallazo and played that same kind and got the stacked wilds in the bonus round on reel 1 and 3 man that was friggin cool won 1700 on that bonus..hahaha first time I won ever in Vegas!!! Seen Phantom of the Opera 3rd row it was amazing and made me cry at the end like a baby!! Vegas is sooooo dead they need to push for online gaming if you ask me.
January 5, 2009 at 11:05 pm #791691vladcizsolMemberNo worries Christine. Someone (usually in the same group) usually pulls something like this every holiday when they figure they can do so damage without a response. Happens every year it seems. This year Michael joined the fray.
January 5, 2009 at 11:11 pm #791692vladcizsolMemberI agree. Vegas was probably half of what it used to be when we went. Oddly enough I missed the recorded welcome messages from the stars they used to play at the Airport. Budgets are so thin they even cut those.
The new administration cant come soon enough.
Obama will have his hands full, I cant ever recall seeing the economy in worse shape. Orlando has been hit hard too and they keep closing my favorite restuarants and new businesses. Like I said change, cant come quick enough for most of us.
Our church even started a support/prayer group for small business owners. Thats how bad it is here in Florida.
Boy, I could use a little Rum tonight.
January 5, 2009 at 11:33 pm #791699AnonymousInactiveLou, you haven’t been answering my emails in weeks. Is the address not good anymore? Nothing bounced.

January 6, 2009 at 5:29 am #791716vladcizsolMemberThanks Christine I hate to see you or anyone get drug into this mess. I wish it wasnt happening to me and mine believe me. But we will get through it, we always do.
January 6, 2009 at 5:41 am #791717AnonymousInactiveWell it is obvious they are playing on this and I think others are going to see it for what it is. If Michael is in with Christopher that is a plain stupid move, I don’t know anyone that cares 1 bit about Gambling911 and the trash they have.
I am not in the middle and you already know if I don’t want to post Lou or be in the middle I would have called you up and said hear now Lou behave  I am not in the middle in the least and just posted what I thought was fair.
January 6, 2009 at 6:15 am #791719vladcizsolMemberNick at Cake Poker has been reading all the slander directed at us and CAKE Poker will be issuing a statement either late tomorrow or Weds. addressing all the lies and rumors being spread by GPWA and PAL. The statement will confirm that CAP, PAP, myself, Warren and our parent company Affiliate Media Inc. DO NOT have any ownership in Cardspike and never did.
A seperate company that has no connection to PAP or CAP did act as a consultant for a new operator based in Cyrus who owns CardSpike and were doing their best to ensure the program was a success. Because we knew this operator from years ago and because Cake Poker was involved we agreed to list them as an All in Program at PAP and CAP and we recommended Greg Powell for a position with the consulting company as his area of expertise was affiliate management and he really wanted to pursue a new challenge.
In retrospect that was all a mistake and we should have waited until CardSpike was fully operational and had all the bugs worked out of their system before we accepted them at CAP or PAP. In the future it wont happen again as we WONT list new start ups until they have established a minimum three month track record that we can verify.
To this day I still believe all affiliates WILL be paid soon. I believe that there was a data transfer issue from the company that supplied the casino games for CardSpike as I have seen direct evidence of this and Cake agreed there were discrepenices that had to be corrected before any COMMISSIONS could be released. Even the Card Spike operators, the consulting company, CAP and PAP have yet to be paid a dime so all of us are frustrated and on the same waiting list.
Cake has told us that all poker players have been paid from the start by them directly and I trust their organization, so I am assuming thats true. I am hoping that once Cake is satisified that the stats are 100% accurate that everyone elses fund will be released in less then 72 hours. Warren and I had a conversation with Nick and we have his personal comittment to make everyone whole this week.
I suppose Michael and the hate machine he’s assembled will attempt to discredit Cake Poker too so watch for an APCW video on them soon. We get our turn tomorrow.
I also just heard Michael is now trying to weave ASP into this web of lies to somehow damage that product. He hasnt settled on an exact lie or storyline yet, but I bet it will be another phoney soap opera.
Odd that Card Spike never offered ASP as a payment method to their affiliates yet supposedly we have control of all these entities. One would think we would have made ASP our primary payment method, no? Obviously that would the most profitable route to take. But is you check, CardSpike has stated that they pay directly to the affiliates PLAYER account only and ASP is not on the list of approved banking methods.
We DID set up Affiliate Speed Pay (ASP) and we announced that well over a year ago and confirmed that repeatedly, there is no secret there. We did it to ensure US based affiliates had a stable payment platform to receive their commissions. This happened directly after the great fund seizure by Neteller and we were doing our best to provide a safe alternative to the eWallets which offered player account and affiliate accounts mixed together together. I am being told now that Michael is trying to twist that positive iniative by CAP into something sinister too or imply we are hiding our association with ASP. Made up charges and rumors again!
Like the rest of his bullshit he has nothing for proof other then allegations from faceless people that he feels confident in. He is willing to attempt to damage our business and community based on heresay?
I suppose if his gardner tells him we rigged the 2009 election of Barack Obama he would run forth with that lie too. Its getting silly the level he and a few others are willing to stoop to.
I am being muzzled by our attornies right now but believe me when and if I get the chance to comment publically I will talk and GPWA will be exposed for the jealous and petty liars that they are.
Oh and while I am on a roll… Shame on Gambling 911 for not investigating anything or questioning us before jumping on the rumor bandwagon. I understand that sensational stories draw clicks, but thats no excuse for turning on a former colleague who they did business with. Jenny and Chris KNOW us better and we paid them thousands of dollars to help promote a number of our events. Now this is the thanks we get?
I will quit rambling, but I am worn out and cant sleep and just had to vent somewhere about these endless attacks and lies.
January 6, 2009 at 12:38 pm #791745AnonymousInactiveIMO the behavior of 911 is a lot more hurtful than anyone else’s. This was what myrecent emails to you were about. WTF got into Chris? It started with the article about terrorists in Barcelona. What crap that was, and it was a deliberate shot directly at CAP conferences and trying to undermine attendance.
If I were you, this would worry me and piss me off lots more than what anyone else says. The rest is competitiors and this shit happens. 911 is NOT a competitior, and they are firing finely aimed shots at every chance they get.
January 6, 2009 at 2:25 pm #791757vladcizsolMemberNo, most people look on Gambling911 as the internet equivalent of the National Enquirer. Their reports mean nothing to any sensible person. Its GPWA who is perceived as having some validity doing all the damage because they are jealous of what we have accomplished and what to do harm to CAP at any cost.
G11 is just a pawn in this game.
January 7, 2009 at 9:19 pm #791983AnonymousInactiveMan that mojo is a women scorned I tell ya she is making it her mission to spead this gossip all over! She posted at meister but Bryan sorta shooed her away and I made my thoughts clear as well.
