I have consistently sent them between 50 and 150 players a month since the day they opened. Have not been paid for March or April. The amount I am owed is significant. Is there any legal recourse likely to produce a positive outcome for me? I hate to involve lawyers, but a percentage of something is better than 100% of nothing. They tell me they do not know when payments will resume. My advice is to pull their ads like I have done and find new partners. A shame. I made good money with them for a long time.

Good to see you on the forums buddy. Brooke who handles a lot of the resolution is in Dublin, I’ll be meeting her tomorrow, I’ve also passed on this post to her CAP username as well.

I spotted a Golden Casino banner on your page. Video Poker Dude to be precise. They (Golden) went before Elvis left as I seem to remember.
However, on a more serious note:
I would like to know too why it is that payments have been stopped as they did.
Are the funds seized? I did not think so. So, If not, no reason not to pay us affiliates / PARTNERS.
I was always paid on time. I too brought in a consistent amount of daily new players since they started. However, I am too waiting on considerable money from last month.
I did speak with them on the phone for more than an hour. However, the word is that nobody seems to know anything.
That is not correct, no matter WHAT the situation is.
In my opinion, although I believe lifetime commissions IS lifetime commissions meaning that I believe we should get paid our commissions for as long as our players play, I do think that AT LEAST we should get paid up until today. And, ASAP too.
Some clarification on this might be nice.
May 27, 2011 at 5:05 pm #816500burundiMemberIve been working with BCP for years as well. Also havent been paid yet. I like to think that these guys will come through for us. They have always been a pleasure to work with, and have always paid me in the past. I wouldnt be too quick to say at least pay us until today, I think these guys are a stand up group (so far) and I dont expect anything less than being paid our shares as per the terms of our affiliate contract..
perhaps something like coins with the quarterly thing…
May 27, 2011 at 5:55 pm #816502AnonymousInactiveBe patient guys – this group has been around since the beginning of time and I don’t think they intend on running away. Our payments also have not been received but we’re in communication with them regularly and will definitely notify everyone as soon as payments are able to resume.
May 28, 2011 at 12:28 am #816512abbykungMemberI got a call from Tim a few days ago, and I got the same message too (that he will let me know about payments when he knows more). I’m pretty sure they will pay us at some point soon, going to the effort of calling affiliates is a very good sign I hope we get paid, need all the money I can get at the moment with the gambling industry the way it is.
May 28, 2011 at 4:42 pm #816520biggygMemberI live in Canada and received my BCP wire for april revenue it was made about the 10th of the month.
June 1, 2011 at 2:47 pm #816566buohcomMemberI’ve contacted BCP to see if we can get a status update on payments.

So, Brooke, how did it go? Any news then?
June 7, 2011 at 4:47 pm #816643buohcomMemberAs we all know BCP has completely closed down. We have spoken with them and at this point they still intend to distribute funds to affiliates. According to BCP they have taken a big loss with a major processor and funds have not been recovered yet. The BCP team is working diligently to find a solution but have no quick answers or eta on payments.
Looking at this situation and the market as a whole Affiliates should be aware that they may not be paid the full amount due.

What processor was this ? I would like to contact them.
June 7, 2011 at 6:32 pm #816650buohcomMemberI wasn’t given any details on the processor.
What I do know is they owe back payments to affiliates and you can’t log into your account to view stats.

Would guess it was QuickTender/UseMyWallet, but just a guess.
