The Gambling Wages toll-free support line has apparently gone away. They’ve removed all mention of a contact phone from their website, and if you call the number that they’ve always used (800-549-7407) it just rings and rings with no answer.
I’m not sure what happened to Nicolas but he seems to have gone absent from the phone line, GW internal ticketing system, email, and this message board. I hope he’s still with them – he was doing a good job.
I’m trying to find out about getting paid for the last couple of months.
August 17, 2007 at 7:49 am #745883AnonymousInactiveThe unfortunate truth of the matter seems to be they are out of money. Debts are mounting and despite an aggressive marketing campaign they just dont seem to have the money to meet their obligations. Personally I find it immoral that they are continuing to take players deposits when they know they dont have the funds to pay. Real Time Gaming/Hastings BV are just standing by and watching their licensees sink deeper and deeper into the sh*t whereas they could be doing the decent thing and help them out during this difficult time.
I think RTG/Hastings have behaved despicably in this whole matter – not bother to sort out a player disputes system and watching their licensees and affiliates struggle. If anyone has a decent contact at RTG can they please kick their butts and get them to sort out this mess.
August 17, 2007 at 9:25 am #745886AnonymousInactiveThis has been happening for some time now. If you look back through the threads here you will notice that most of them are regarding constant non payments to affiliates and/or players. This is not necessarily new for this group.
It does appear that they are stressing right now as they are really trying to throw around big bonuses to get new depositors. The problems will just increase, however, when it comes time to play the winning players and affiliates.August 17, 2007 at 6:04 pm #745959AnonymousInactiveCheck out this fun exchange I had with Prism Support
James Cash: Thank you for contacting Prism Casino. How can I help you today?
Pam712: hi james your company owes me $6500 and you are ignoring my emails
James Cash: one sec please
Pam712: thankyou it is affiliate earnings
James Cash: contact them via email
James Cash: I have nothing to do with that
James Cash: have a good day
Chat session was ended by casino host. This may have been a technical error.Affiliate support are ignoring emails anyway. Now Nicholas seems to have gone AWOL and who can blame him. I really feel for Nic as he seems to be one of the good guys in an ever deepening pool of sh*t
August 17, 2007 at 6:07 pm #745960AnonymousInactiveI did get a message yesterday on their internal messaging system that said it was from Nicolas FWIW.
August 17, 2007 at 6:36 pm #745963AnonymousInactiveI agree that nicolas is doing his best he can in situation they may be in.
Wish them all the bestAugust 17, 2007 at 8:06 pm #745969LucretiaMemberI contacted prism casino by chat a few months ago and they were friendly and helped me with nicholas email address. You can not ask them for affiliate support, they always refer to they affiliatemanager, but they are a service department and should act this way. James Cash is not particularly a helpful support employee his tends to keep the the conversation short and if not relevant he disconnects. Such thing is not very helpful for the image of prism casino which has not been very good anyway. I see less conversion the last few months since other support members left for holidays or otherwise and have been replaced by James Cash or others (ridiculous name by the way : which player wants to hear what he has got to say besides : you give me the cash man. If things do not change at prism I will remove the program.
I think it is strange that Nicholas has not yet responded to our questions at this forum. I hope there are no serious things going on over there which could harm us by surprise.
Best Regards

I do know that he has been a bit overwhelmed with the workload he has and maybe that’s why he’s not replying to messages as quickly as we’d hope. I like Nicolas and think also that he’s doing the best he can given the situation he’s in.
August 18, 2007 at 4:56 am #746009AnonymousInactiveI chatted with Nicolas today regarding my payment (sent earlier this week) when I had a problem picking it up via WU because I’m in Las Vegas and not at home. He could not do anything, but he is around.
August 18, 2007 at 8:23 pm #746042AnonymousInactiveThanks for letting me know Nic is still around Im hoping he is going to be able to do something to get Prism to pay me – I know it isnt really his department but trying to get an answer from Prism is like banging my head up a brick wall.
August 18, 2007 at 9:18 pm #746045AnonymousInactiveI hear ya Pam. I remember that I hit a brick wall with Prisim last year and just gave up, but I think I’ll IM Nicolas about it now because he is on MSN.
Good luck with your issue.
