This is more common than exception lately. Btw during the weekend there is no assistance when a simular situation happens.
Please take us seriously and fix it asap!

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but the banners are now displaying and the error has been fixed. As explained in the posting on Friday, the error was of a dns nature and it does take some time to propogate once corrected.
If you are still experiencing technical errors and the banners are not displaying, please notify me directly.

Because the banners were offline and the trackinglinks did not work I had to change all ads.goldenstarnetwork links to direct links (casino?btag etc).Since I do not check bannerclicks I do not need to use this fancy tracking utility. If there will be another problem with the ads.goldenstarnetwork links the direct links work anyway.
As Vegaspartner had an upgrade problem with microgaming some new players have not been accounted for. Have your casino brands had an upgrade too since your program is a partner of them?
I see 300+ players in my statsreport but very little earnings. Moreover the earnings stats has remained static for more than one week now, but new players have signed up daily. IMO this is again related to server synchronizing problems. Could you please check this.

The direct link is fine and will work, obviously as mentioned you just will not be able to see any banner stats. The ads.goldenstarnetwork links are working correctly now and it really was an unfortunate error on the part of our service provider but at least it is fixed now.
With regards to the casino upgrades, we have also received them and we are working on the issue with Microgaming. We are trying to work out a solution that will compensate our affiliates accordingly, as Conrad has mentioned to you in his posts.
I will also check up on your stats for you and see what is happening, I will let you know via pm.
