With the game of poker going from strength to strength, the Great British public need an event that will truly reward this nation of great players. Therefore, we are proud to announce the arrival of the Great British Poker Tour (or the GBPT) in association with Gala Casinos.
The GBPT will be running 5 GBPT Festival Events in Gala Casino card rooms throughout 2007 starting at the Gala Maybury Casino in Edinburgh on 21st February, 2007. Each event will include 3-days of top quality poker action and satellites into a two-day £500 + £50 No Limit Hold’em Main Event, into which £5,000 will be added, plus the winner will also get a VIP package to the GBPT Grand Final!
The GBPT Grand Final, to be held in late October 2007. This £2,500 + £50 event will be limited to 200 entrants, with an estimated prize pool of £500,000.
The GBPT will also be filmed and broadcast in the UK and Europe, so here’s an opportunity for everyone to prove that they are the best poker player in Britain – and do it on national TV!
Coral Poker are proudly teaming up with The Great British Poker Tour to offer players the chance to win a package to the first GBPT Festival Event at the Gala Maybury Casino, Edinburgh including entry into the £500 + £50 No-Limit Texas Hold’Em Main Event.
To celebrate the Great British Poker Tour, Coral are offering Brand Conversions affiliates an EXCLUSIVE promotion in conjunction with Coralpoker. The idea is to attract as many new players to Coralpoker as you can from now until 31st Jan. Coral will then set up a tournament to take place on 4th of Feb for the 10 affiliate sites that have referred the most new accounts during this period. The highest raker of each affiliate will go through to the tournament. The overall winner will be awarded a package to the first GBPT event and the runners up will get a seat for the tournament.
