April 3, 2007 at 7:01 am #732809JimmMemberThanks for this. We are aware of this issue and are working on resolving it as quickly as possible.
April 3, 2007 at 7:18 am #732810JimmMemberThe G3 site and links should all be working now :happydanc

April 6, 2007 at 8:21 pm #733191AnonymousInactiveIt is getting difficult to take this program seriously with all the recent downtime of the banner server. You guys let me know when the problems are solved for good, and maybe I’ll put you back up.
April 7, 2007 at 1:17 am #733216AnonymousInactiveThis system error needs to be fixed for good.
April 10, 2007 at 2:12 pm #733494AnonymousGuestWe are on it, and apologies once again.
We are installing another server which will take care of the problems experienced in the past, making the entire system a lot more reliable.
April 10, 2007 at 5:47 pm #733519AnonymousInactivethank you jon-jon, that sounds great.
greetings, maryann
April 12, 2007 at 8:05 pm #733815AnonymousInactiveoh, all is down again, but please, do not place such a smilie instead of the banners: :unhappy:
take a friendly one and an explainig text for the visitors.
thank you, maryannApril 12, 2007 at 11:32 pm #733835AnonymousInactiveLinks aren’t working either.
I changed all the graphics to my own server
So that works, but if I click on my banner it goes to:
And the page says:
All systems stable
April 13, 2007 at 12:55 am #733838AnonymousInactiveDudes this sucks. I have sad faces all over my websites, and it makes it look like someone hacked my sites. I am losing money because of this. If you can get sad faces on there why dont you get a default banner to work?
Check out http://www.flashcasinos.org that is riduculous. I am going to have to take you off my higher traffic websites for now.
April 13, 2007 at 1:48 am #733841nick777MemberI have posted this same “frowning smiley” problem at G3/Playshare GPWA forum; emailed Jon-Jon with no reply. Maybe their emails are not working either.
Yes, even if you had downloaded their images, the URL is not correct.
Man, this sucks royally. I even just tried to install one of their “new” banners —- same problem.
You are correct that it gives the impression that my site was hacked, but from my perspective someone must not have liked the marriage between G3 & Playshare at their own office and hacked there system.
April 13, 2007 at 3:22 am #733847AnonymousInactiveyeah
i have that too
and even on older links in posts (where i serve banners through my photobucket )
if i click on the banners it direct me to
http://209.47.244.180/ – this is what i see then in my browsers adress bar
and a blank page which says
All systems stable:unhappy: :unhappy: :unhappy:
April 13, 2007 at 8:50 am #733852AnonymousGuestHi Everyone
It was great… then this. We sorted the problem as soon as we knew about it, and it was not fast enough. For this we apologize again, and again, and thank you for being resilient and still supporting us.
It had to happen just prior to us installing our notification systems on our servers – murphy’s law.
We have also changed the image to be a lot friendlier as was pointed out and I agree, an unhappy face should not have been there.
Have a great day and weekend ahead – we are still giving away THOUSANDS in easy bonuses – check here…
April 13, 2007 at 10:12 am #733853AnonymousInactivethanks Jon jon
