Well folks
Hate to say it, but it looks like GPWA has imploded. Rather then struggle to salvage this dead horse I think its best to start with a clean slate.

We cant afford to have a Tyrant calling all the shots and ultimately controlling the database and our destiny as an organization.

Any volunteers to help with setting up a REAL association?

One that repesents the webmasters and is set up to better our businesses and not merely a kitchen table discussion group?

Yep today was a sad day for the GPWA The events that transpired today brought the instability of the organisation as it is now to the fore – ie it can be pulled and/or reorganised at any time at the whim of the adminstrator An organisation where people are afraid to speak their minds is not the way to go and it was sad that it had come to that

And the poll I posted earlier was a “do it now” or “do it later” vote. I really thought the result would be “do it later.” I was happily wrong about that.
