Google news isn’t the only newsgroups available. There are tons of them. A lot of people get on ngs and spam. Not a good idea. People WILL file complaints.
June 18, 2007 at 10:00 am #739978AnonymousInactiveI use Google news to know the latest news in the gambling world. And I rewrite some important news in my words. The result is that my site is updated daily with new fresh content.

Publish regular articles (at least daily), have accurate sources and have contact info on your website about your company. Once you fulfill these then check out http://www.google.com/support/news_pub/
Once you’ve read and understood all this, check this page: http://www.google.com/support/news_pub/bin/request.py

June 23, 2007 at 1:06 am #740497PatrickMMemberI just applied to it for one of my side projects, I’ll let you know how I got on. I will post the feedback about it. So far I just have received an automated response that said something along the lines of
“We’ll get back to you if your site was not suitable for Google News and to check the listings for your entries”
Which I am basically making the assumption that they mean “don’t call us, we’ll call you” that’s the idea I got.
