If you feel Google’s current policies are violating fair business practice you can lodge a complaint to the FTC ( Federal Trade Commission).
Personally I think Google has become a Monopoly and has ”killed off” many small businesses. It focuses primarily on PPC now.

Of course they can focus on PPC, it’s just the way Google is going about it at the moment. The discussion going on on most seo forums is that G is intentionally deranking websites compelling them to focus more on adsense.
Some webmasters even claim that sites who use adsense experience an increase in page rank. I’ll leave it at that.
