Hi,

I am having big problems with this program the banners receive a lot of traffic but the stats remain the same for more than a week now. I understood GSN had some server synchronizing problems. But now I am afraid non of those clicks where really recorded so I am deleting the entire program now (a few hours work, I put those links everywhere). Anyone who can help me ? :laughcry:

Hi Rick

I apologize for the issues you are having with your stats. There was a synchro error last week where the site did not update the stats. However, the server does definately keep a record of your stats that come through.

We are busy looking into the issue again to double-check everything. I will let you know as soon I have any further information.
