June 19, 2009 at 5:31 pm #801066AnonymousInactiveJune 19, 2009 at 5:43 pm #801067AnonymousInactiveI think it is time to test affiliate programs on how they dealing with the database of the players we are sending to them. I have registered a few casino accounts as a player and later on got lots of spam on my player e-mail address. It means that some casinos using our players e-mails to avoid payments us as affiliates. Gradually in terms of rev. we are loosing the players and the revenue.
The idea is to reg. separate emails for each casino to sign up an account, as soon as the casino would send spamming e-mail, post them on the forum to let everyone know if it is worth to promote such casino.June 23, 2009 at 3:16 pm #801182ProductCreatorMemberHi,
Unfortunately there are affiliates who don’t follow our strict anti-spam regulations. We are taking this matter very seriously and in any affiliate found to be promoting this way will have their subscription terminated and commissions cancelled. I am contacting all posters on this thread to forward emails to me so I can trace the affiliate and have proof of what they are doing.
Affiliates can promote various offers via email to their database and we also do the same. We certainly do not move players with affiliate tags attached, if you have registered you will receive emails incentivising you to deposit (e.g. free spins) but you will be tracked based on your original registration. There can be times when an affiliate and us may contact you but three emails a day is ridiculous and I am investigating this.
Please do not hesitate in contacting me with any questions on this matter. I am here to assist you.
Regards
Maria
