SUMMARY: Go Wild Affiliates have added the typical Territory Exclusion clause to their affiliate contract. This clause specifically calls out French territories.
TERMS UPDATE – TERRITORY EXCLUSION
5.10 Restricted Territories
The Affiliate shall not promote to residents of France , including but not limited to promoting our casinos on . fr domains and using promotional content targeted at potential players from France . Our client do not accept new players residing in France .
SUMMARY: Due to French regulation, this clause is entering the majority of affiliate contracts these days.
