I was starting to read through their Terms and Conditions:

The interesting piece comes right from the beginning:

6. ReferBack’s Obligations

What??!!?

So – Are they just copying Referback’s Terms and Conditions and forgot to change 1 of them… Or are they actually Referback?

I would appreciate keeping this in the private forums and not discussing this yet with Gnuf, though, as their Terms will soon be in AffiliateGuardDog.com’s database and I like to have Terms SHOWING as updating so that we have a track record of terms changes.

Hype Partners copied Poker.com’s T&Cs word for word, except that they replaced “Poker.com” with “Hype Partners.” So, this sort of copying has been done before….

LOL Dom! I caught that Spectra casino doing that with cool cat terms, I pointed it out and they were going to fix, I never went back to look. Geez and these people are suppose to be finding good methods for us to be paid, they are so lazy..sleepy.gif
