August 2, 2006 at 11:35 pm #700846AnonymousInactiveYeah, me too. I opened another thread here on CAP about it.
August 2, 2006 at 11:47 pm #700847AnonymousInactiveIf this turns out, as expected, to be related to Casino Partners again, then enough is enough.
I will definitely remove all CP coverage for a period of at least 3 months. Then, if there is no spam during that 3 month period, they can return.
Let’s see.
August 3, 2006 at 1:28 am #700859AnonymousInactiveAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRGH!!!!!!! These are still coming in by the goddam crapload!!!! :madat: :madat:
August 3, 2006 at 12:28 pm #700913AnonymousInactivesame mails, same setup, same affiliate ID: vegas67
This ID is part of the over 70 affiliate ID’s used in the high spamming from may to july 06…Laurent told here that they have cut ties with this so called Advertising agency…(my opinion on that you can read in my former posts)…
He also told that those spammers had been banned from sending traffic to their network…
Something isnt right here, if they really cut ties and banned them why the same spam started yesterday again, I received a shitload of mails myself to different e-mail adresses my self yesterday and also today, it seems the amount is already increasing…
I checked out the server this sites are hosted, the mails now coming in are are using the subfolder /d3/, there all subfolders are setup with a template for Tropez… same setup like the mails in may/june and july… Anyway, if you check the server you will see that there is also a subfolder called /d1/ with all the subfolders used in the last spamwave…. the only difference is that the d1 folder still holds all the subfolders with this high roller template we all know from the last mailings…
That should be enough for now, but there is even more… I’m in the process of writing an seperate article that I will post later on… There are folders with templates in different languages, folder with pokertemplates and stuff, this is highly professionally done by an highly professional spam operation…
So we got the same spammers and the same affiliate accounts!!!
Casino Partners really suck in my eyes, and anyone talking here about to forgive them I just have to ask one simple question:Are you out of your mind?
Are you guys really gambling webmaster what accepting this mega spam? Do you know how many online magazines talking about this already, getting the whole business hurt? for an example just this Article:
http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2141733/spammers-look-summer-gamblingGambling spam increased by 1,500 per cent in JulyMy opinion is, that this Spam for Casino Partners properties have a big if not even the biggest part in this increase…. I for myself received spam for their properties in dimensions I have never seen before, using hundreds of different domains…. yeah, I repeat myself…. But this here is getting me really hot… Just for the fact that this started again yesterday wit the same guys in the background….
I’m for my part beeing off now to remove all links and mentions of Casino Partners and their casinos on all my sites… I bite me myself in my ass that I didn’t do this already last month! There are other great Playtechs out there with great recommendations, so why I should promote someones casinos what is doing nothing at all about spam and actually kikking me and every other single hard working webmaster what is spending uncounted hours to optimize their sites and get them promoted the right ways, their asses over and over again…
Laurend told us:
We do care about our brands, reputation and credibility.
Then why this spam is starting again, and why the same affiliate accounts are still active?
It’s up to anyone what he is doing about this, keeping them on your sites and promoting them or to take them off to make a point…. You decide!
But remember always, its all in your own hands….Good Luck to anyone…
August 4, 2006 at 12:56 am #700977AnonymousInactiveI’m surprised we haven’t had more feedback on this. Or a reply from Laurent.
August 4, 2006 at 2:29 am #700989AnonymousInactiveJust received more spam. This time it lands on:
http://www.caribbeanslots.net/#It refers to Casino Del Rio in the site so it’s definitely a Casino Partners case – AGAIN.
Laurent, I’m removing ALL your casinos today. I’m disgusted by all this spam.
August 4, 2006 at 4:12 pm #701045AnonymousInactivedefently the same setup, but this time a different affiliate ID: (defaulttz, defaulthm and some others) I guess the defaultttz stands for Tropez, the defaulthm stands for Hammer, at least that are the software you download… just a new way to track the effectivness of their spam campaigns….
if you do a reverse IP check you will discover the following domains:

20. oasispokerclub.com
21. redcasino.org
22. tropezitalia.comall are setup the same way we already know from the previous mailings…
the domains have different templates of the Casino Partners Properties
just check it out for yourself, there are templates vor vegas red, tropez, Europa, Hammers….I dont really know if here are the same guys behind this like in the hi-roller spam, first because this time we got all domainsnames what make some sence not like the in hi-roller spamming used domains and on the other side this domains are mostly registered already in 2005…. The hi-roller spam domains were mostly registered a couple days before the spamming started…
On the other hand the setup is exactly the same… using the CP templates, different affiliate Ids to track different campaigns…
**********I for myself have taken my consequences, since last night all of the Casino Partners Casinos were removed from all my sites… CP was removed from my affiliate directorys…. I just got enough of this crap and not ending spam…
I don’t want to advise any webmaster to do the same, its up to yourself, but what I will do is this:
I will list all Websites of you guys on my GamblingGuards.com site, providing you a backlink without asking you to provide a link back to my site!
So everyone who removed all the Casino Partners Properties from their sites and removed Casino Partners from their affiliate directorys because of this recent/ongoing spam issue are welcome to send me an PM with your sites where you removed all the CP Casinos!… It would be great to also get a short explanation/opinion why you removed the CP Casinos…
I’m well aware of the fact that many of you will not like me for this, many of you are making money with them… I also was making money with them in the past… There will be allways different opinions of different peoples of what is right and what is wrong..
I just want to show that there are enough gambling webmasters not going for the spam and are not willing to promote any Program’s Casinos what are not taking action against their spammy affiliates.
CP was shurly going way to far with this in my point of view, this was ongoing way to long… CP had the power to stop this completely but the same affiliate accounts are still active and beeing still used in the spam mailings.
I’m NOT willing to wait any longer on this issue beeing resolved. I was doing a long time business with them, sending them my traffic, making special deals with them and even playing myself in their casinos…. Until yesterday, like I stated before, I removed them completely last night from all my sites and removed even their casinos from my computer… I will not support them anymore in any way because of this never ending and after three months still not resolved spam issue!
Were this leads the future will show, many guys raving about them and theatening to take their casinos off their sites…. Many will do this, others will not, it depends on many things, webmasters not making a lot of money with them will maybe even taking them off, others what mostly make their money with them probably will not take them off… I for myself know that there are other programs out there what really fight spam and taking immidiatly action on spammers… This will be the programs I will focus on in the future…
Always remember that it is in your hands to stop SPAM, there will be no mystic power to stop them, the only point you can make is to remove them and stop supporting them in sending those programs your traffic! Affiliate programs only make money because of their many many affiliates they have, without them they would have no way to run a profitable operation! The problem here is that some of them not even care about a few affiliates leaving them, just because they don’t even feel a big difference… They will do and do what they want, not caring about what they read about themselfes on gamblingboards, not caring about anything at all…. No wonder, they still have enough affiliates what sending them a huge amount of traffic and amounts of players every single day… my opinion… Think about it…!

What’s going on? I really don’t understand the lack of interest in this. This is disgusting activity that needs to be discussed and stamped out.
August 6, 2006 at 6:41 pm #701220AnonymousInactiveIn my opinion – they are taking individuals (like webmasters) off of the mailing list, but continuing the spam.
I say this because every time I have been active and mentioning the emails, they suddenly dissappear. However, others are still receiving them, which means the campaign continues.
I think that CP is still using this outfit, but trying to be a little more ‘under the radar’ by NOT targetting gambling affiliates (or at least attempting to remove webmaster emails).
Just a guess. Yes, this is a disgusting AND illegal campaign.
