I waited a long time to post this on here but now it is time. I have been waiting for a small amount of commission from Betfair for over 3 months. At first there was a problem with the payment system, fine. I was then promised to be paid on two other occasions and nothing happened.
Finally I heard from Katrina last week that the payments department was “ignoring” her (WTF) and she would speak to her manager on Monday. Obviously I don’t hear back from her this week and usually it takes me about 4 emails to get any response, which usually only comes a week later.
All I want at this point is that my commission which is very moderate be paid to my account immediately. This has taken way more effort than the commission is even worth but it is a principal thing and quite frankly has made your program look awful in my eyes in terms of support.
Could someone that will actually look into this and solve the problem please contact me at their earliest convinience.

John I will have our certification team get involved and see what going on. Generally we can get a quick resolution for CAP members. Thanks for the heads up.
Thank you Professor I appreciate it. As I said it is not a large amount of commission but nonetheless the response and lack of support from Betfair has been frustrating. Thanks.

Just wanted to update that I have been contacted by Betfair and Katrina and have now received my commission.

I think this is all past.
I consider myself a “good” affiliate at Betfair, not winnings monster commissions, I make a nice value each month, and after april, may 08, commission are always payed arround the 15/20th of the next month, there are never big delays. They have owed me money for months now and my post in this forum (see thread) has gone ignored for weeks so I would not recommend this group as they DO NOT pay ALL of there affiliates.
