Have you logged a request with suppport about this particular problem? These issues will be better handled if you write an email to [email protected]. This will create an affiliate ticket in our backend so that the proper authorities can handle your request.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,

May 7, 2006 at 4:37 pm #691474AnonymousInactiveHi Guys,
Are you still having this problem? I haven’t seen anything like this myself, so I want to be sure the issue has since been resolved.
Thanks,

May 8, 2006 at 12:23 pm #691546AnonymousInactiveHi Guys,
I’ve emailed a request to our support team to take a look at this right away. Give me a few hours and I will update the thread.
Thanks,
JustinMay 8, 2006 at 2:46 pm #691559AnonymousInactiveHi Guys,
OK, the technical team informs me that this issue should be resolved. If you’re not seeing the changes, I would recommend logging out and then logging in again. Sometimes we allow Windows, IE or FireFox to “remember our username and password” – if this is the case, log out and log back in again.
Let me know if anyone else is still having this problem.
Thanks,
JustinMay 8, 2006 at 3:17 pm #691564AnonymousInactiveYes – All is working fine on the stats front.
The sub-affiliates issue needs to be fixed though (I have a sub-affiliate that does not show up)
