Hi all,
We communicate with you regularly as we do care…but we cannot change the T&Cs….this has nothing to do with “understanding your concerns”.
A lot of affiliates really appreciate our new program, we received a lot of positive feedback…and we hope that you will change your opinion as well as soon as you have worked with bewinners and have given it a try.
However, if you don’t, we fully respect your decision.your bewinners team
September 30, 2010 at 1:37 pm #812499paulosMemberbla bla.
of course you can change the T&C’s.
as for a lot of affs giving positive feedback – where are they? All i see on every affiliate forum is uproar.
Fail.belosers.
September 30, 2010 at 2:26 pm #812500turbooddsMemberPlease show proof? When you make a statement like that its hard to believe unless you are able to validate it.. I would like you to show me these positive remarks…??? Where are they?
Ask them to come here and post because I do not know any single affiliate who works with Bwin who likes these terms. Not one!
I CAN PROVE IT TOO? CAN YOU PROVE OTHERWISE?
I can post at least 20-30 people who hate these terms, and i can get more too. But you keep saying affiliates appreciate the new terms of losing revenue and retroactive changes but you cant show us?? Please show us or stop lying. It doesn’t help the situation.
I want you to seriously bring any affiliates here who agree on these predatory terms. Show us.
You need to backup such grandoise claims!!

absolutely unbelievable – an outright lie!!! Not a single affiliate has seen the new program yet and given the highly probable assumption, that there is absolutely nothing conceivable that would justify stealing our players (come on now, it`s an affiliate program, no miracle work), this simply cannot be true.

He is desperate. The program isn’t even live yet, but ALL affiliates already hate it.
My advice is STAY AWAY, until they show us that they want to work with us as equal partners. There are many other great affiliate programs.
PS – Mallai, we want ACTION, and no more BS. Do you really think we are that stupid?
October 1, 2010 at 6:18 am #812510HVDBMemberNominated and already the winner of the biggest joke of the year. Not 1 can come close to the disgraceful behaviour.
October 1, 2010 at 3:16 pm #812525turbooddsMemberPlease remove the 5% rule !
October 1, 2010 at 3:27 pm #812526AnonymousInactiveAnd the minimum player requiremet – quotas hurt people when they are down for any reason.
The AGD declares all programs with quotas predatory.

B.…a lot of positive feedback received by your financial managers who advised to to cut down on affiliate expenses/commission payments. Nobody else would be foolish enough to praise these changes.
Funny thing, IMHO, is that Mallai doesn’t realise this being the first sign of him and many other aff managers being made redundant soon. Meaning many of them will be let go, I presume if they plan on working with less affiliates in the future it is only natural that they’ll only need a few hand picked AMs. It’s my prediction unless CAP or some other organisation sits down with Bwin there and explains them the can of worms they just opened.
Besides I do not believe that there won’t be special side agreements with at least the top 10 Bwin affiliates – so change or amendment of the “Ts & Cs” is definitely possible I say.
October 4, 2010 at 2:21 pm #812569AnonymousInactiveJust got a mail from this fail-program
About the crossrevenue it actully looks like you only get 10% rev. on side products (products that are not your main product when you signed up). I signed up as a sportsbook affiliate, and as I read the mail, I will only get 10% rev. share if the player starts playing poker or casino :
0-24 new players a month : 10% rev. share on sideproducts
24-299 : 15%
299 and up : A generous 20%!So the BS that “bewinners” say that “hey man you will now get rev. share from other products, new terms are therefore awesome” is a ****ing joke… 98% of all affiliates will only get 10-15%
yes lets advistise for fricking 10-15% when we can get 30%+ on all other programs (with no requirements pr. month).
It clearly justity stealing all our players who have signed up more than 3 year.
October 4, 2010 at 3:02 pm #812572Saint-BallMemberexactly, jens/bonustip
with the ability to send 300 (!) depositors in a month, other bookies are lining up begging us to take 35%, 40%, some even higher (with lifetime crossover on all channels) to promote them…
These guys must live in some parallel universe…
October 4, 2010 at 4:12 pm #812576turbooddsMemberBwin – please do the right thing here and remove all predatory terms from your Terms and Conditions.

Even when your able to send 200 new ones a month you’ll easily get 40% on sports/casino/poker.
Funny thing is i didn’t even notice there wasn’t any crossover before. Now i know why we never made as much money with them as with the other books. Thanks to their system of 1996 or so it wasn’t easy to find out anything about what was going on but at least this clears it all up. Just about a month ago i told our affmanager at bwin we were planning on sending them 1/2million a month (turnover). Glad this new program starts now and we know we are not gonna work with them anymore with these hilarious terms. As long as they dont start a proper program (25/30% minimum, no 5% rule, no minimum depositers rule) we won’t work with them again.October 4, 2010 at 8:39 pm #812582AnonymousInactiveindeed… if it wasn’t this sad…
i would call it hilarious indeed
HAHAHAOctober 4, 2010 at 11:18 pm #812584turbooddsMemberActually guys when you really think about it – they do not want affiliates anymore. They feel they can work the market based on advertisements they do online and television and branding. These terms if you really look at them are a way to remove affiliates in an aggressive fashion. They know 80% of all affiliates will stop promoting them. That is what they want!!!!
They no longer want to work on affiliate type models! Its clear. They simply do not care anymore!
