I need your comments according this: Let’s say you are landing on home page through Google “win money playing games” (as we run weekly money contests) and the question is: Is it clear where you have to go if you want to participate in our contests and win money?
I’m not giving you any clue (where to look or click) as want to get an objective opinion.

looks like an arcade site, not gambling related.
If I came to your site via those keywords in google the first place I would click on is the Facebook banner that sends me to your Facebook page
Yep, I’m with them.
I almost clicked on the facebook – but only because you said to look for ‘how to win money on contests’ otherwise I would have ignored it. Eventually I did click and go to facebook and saw the info to play and add your score to the leaderboard – but I didn’t see where the leaderboard was – so I gave up.
It does look like an arcade site – where no one usually wins real money.
So I think I have it 1/2 right.
