Company behind Heaven Affiliates now offering online poker management services

    From the CAP PR Wire:

London, UK – 21st July 2009 — Gaming Media Group today announced the launch of its new business-to-business CRM agency, inTouch Gaming. The company will offer player management services initially for online poker sites, with the addition of casino later this year.

inTouch Gaming’s CRM infrastructure has been developed and refined over 4 years and has been at the heart of the continued rapid growth of sites including PokerHeaven.com – which just announced another quarter of 30%+ year on year revenue growth (Q209). inTouch Gaming will be offering its bespoke CRM services to a range of poker operators, to help them maximize their player yields, and drive key performance indicators including conversion, rake per active, player lifetime and reactivation. inTouch Gaming’s suite of products includes:

    • The Player Zone: The only standalone player portal available on the IPN.
    • The Educational Zone: Includes The Hand Tracker (enabling your players to fast forward and rewind previous hands), The Profit / Loss Tracker, Beginner Video Zone, Advanced Video Zone and much more.
    • Rake-driving, cost-saving and player conversion tools.
    • Dedicated poker customer service team: Industry leading KPIs, with average chat wait time of 5-6 secs and chat query resolution of 4-5 mins, and outbound calling for conversion, promotion, and reactivation.

Alistair Craxton, Head of inTouch Gaming, who will be presenting at this year’s EIG in Copenhagen, said: “inTouch Gaming aims to fill a poorly serviced gap in the market. With so many sites on various networks lacking any real CRM infrastructure or resource, many are not getting the value from their players they deserve. We can offer a proven CRM offering, on a performance basis, that will greatly improve the site’s player values, and enable them to focus on player acquisition.”
