Greetings!
We all have seen posts with doubts concerning negative carry over issues, so let’s try to compile that information for all CAP certified programs, in an easy place for everyone to see.
The “Negative carry over thread” links to each reply. This will take a while, but it’s time well spent. I like organized information.
This way we will easily see which programs understand negative balances as advertising costs, and don’t carry over.Questions:
1) Do you carry over negative balance?
2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
4) Any restriction?
Thank you for your reply!

No, unless under extreme circumstances (check restrictions)2) Is the winning player removed from the account?
No, we never remove ANY players.3) The webmaster has to request a non negative carry over agreement?
No4) Any restriction?
In the case of an affiliate only producing negative balances during an extended period of time, we reserve the right to carry over the negative balance.I hope that answers your questions
October 3, 2006 at 12:36 am #708813AnonymousInactiveIt sure does! Thank you very much! I’ve copied it to the main thread!
Now time to go to sleep! 1:35 AM here :hithead:October 3, 2006 at 1:10 am #708827AnonymousInactiveHello All,
just one more note regarding our policies.
We do not remove any players from your account, as it’s technically impossible, and against our business philosophy.
However, if you have a big winner, which affects your stats for a long time, please email us, with an explicit request of removing this player from your account. I can copy your request to RTG directly and only then the player will be removed by their technicians. It’s all to protect your account, and RTG is strict about it.Best regards,
Natalie Stewart
