InactiveI am a big fan of Jon Jon, but this cannot go on unaddressed anymore:
Everyone knows that Silver Arrow is tied to the stellar and ‘oh so honest’ EH Group, and to make matters even worse they are RTG. That said, with Jon Jon at the helm there was at least a familiar and trusted face. But now, does anyone know if he’s still with the company? I mean REALLY know if he is?
Call Silver arrow at 1-800-525-9843 and ask them who’s in charge of the casino affiliate program. Does the receptionist even know they have an affiliate program? When I asked who was running thngs on the casino side down there, the reply I got was (and notice the quotes) “I’m not really sure.” :whoa:
No emails answered, either. I have sent three in the past three weeks… not one responded to. And here’s a good one: They take your name & number and say they’ll give you a call back…. right after hell freezes over. I’m not holding my breath for a call… or the several thousand dollars they owe me for last month… or for their APCW dues.
Oh… and then there’s the $5,500 I lost in commissions on the very last day of the month last month… right after their stats tracking mysteriously went off line for a few hours.
Oh… and then this month, 79% of my Net Revenue has been awarded back to players in “Manager Credits” and “Coupons” (READ THAT AGAIN…. SEVENTY-NINE PERCENT)…. what the hell is a coupon anyway? :terms:
These guys are rediculously dangerous, and the only thing more stupid than their games is their belief we’ll buy their truckload of pig shit. :kissass:

InactiveUPDATE:
No one ever called me back… as they promised.
Today I called a g a i n and the “person running the affiliate program” had just stepped out to lunch…. awwww…. damn my poor timing.
Soooo…. guess what? They took my name and my number and said they would (any guesses?)…. yea….. call me back….

They are also tied to Tej, and that is likely where the problem lies.
This program has not been able to hold on to any managers for any decent amount of time, and all have left in haste, disgruntled and/or under duress.
Poor JonJon, I was expecting this. Now his good name is getting besmirched with this crap.
I am not going anywhere near this program! I am even uneasy saying this aloud.
Silver Arrow doesn’t even know about an aff program – too funny. They practically are affs, they bought up dozens of portals some time ago. They don’t need any affs.

InactiveI apologize for not replying sooner, but I took the family to Anaheim to see Disney and we’ve been out & about! :cheesy:
Mahdu did eventually call me back. He gave a big ol’ :music: (song) and :la-de-da: (dance) routine about the manager credits. Basically he claims my players are “so good” that the managers were crediting all their bonuses… all the same day… for thousands of dollars.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.Silver Arrow is like an oil company. They keep screwing us so bad that — when we do see a bit of money in our accounts — we’re just so happy to be getting it we forget that this sh!t shouldn’t have been going on (or tolerated) in the first place.
I am still supportive of JonJon, and I will be happy when he leaves this place for a better company.

MemberJ. Todd we are not so sure about the recent direction change of Gambling Wages. I personally like Jon Jon, but I am developing enough reservations about the program to place them on probation here at CAP.
They have had too many issues of late payment to affiliates, non responsiveness, no one can find Jon Jon for weeks at a time and they have even short changed some of our larger affiliates on their commissions.
Hopefully they will get things back in order and can be brought back up to full certified status in the very near future, in the mean time we are advising affiliates take caution when dealing with this program.

InactiveThanks for the heads up Lou…
It’s a shame that casinos that seem to convert players so well (for me at least)… and seem to get a great player value… have to be run by a company that seems so exceptionally greedy… and hell bent on self-destruction.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… I would rather have 35% of somethin’ than 10% of nuthin’
BTW… I really missed you guys in Miami :unhappy:I just couldn’t leave the “family” and, more specifically, my little girl on Fathers Day. She’s already down one parent, and I just couldn’t let her down again.
THAT SAID, I have been with these people 24/7 for a while now….
….help me….. please!

InactiveNext year I just might do that!
Based on 2004, I didin’t think of it as a family type thing… but who’s to say it can’t be? So long as Allan remembers there’s no getting drunk and :shakebutt by the pool!
Glad you all had fun :capmiami:
