    Hey CAP Community:

Fairly new to the casino affiliate industry and wanted to ask a quick question about disclaimers. Can anyone provide information on where I can produce/obtain a disclaimer for my site that expresses the use for “entertainment purposes only” and protects liability for webmasters and visitors alike? Every affiliate site I have encountered has a disclaimer somewhere on the site, but I’m not sure how to obtain this efficiently. Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

    Sgtechin thanks for your response.

I am aware that there is at least generic formatted templates available to assist you. Also, there are service providers that offer free disclaimers, TOS content, etc. The ones that I’m aware of don’t have this content unique to the gambling/casino industry. I was hoping to learn of providers that provide the same content, but within the gambling/casino context.

I would just find a few that I like from other gambling sites, to take examples from and rewrite them? Just enough so you get the legal gist of it right.

    Thanks xmikeross!

I thought about doing that too. I wasn’t sure if that would suffice. Thanks for the suggestion.

Terms pages are usually boilerplate. Just grab one that you think fits your needs and modify the wording to make it your own. You might even want to combine different elements from more than one to fit your needs.
