Biggest online gambling domain name ever? The owners of Gambling.com have decided to auction off the domain — and, while it’s surely out of most of our price ranges, it’ll be interesting to see who ponies up the cash for this premium domain name. (You know someone will.) Read more here.
November 27, 2010 at 1:50 pm #813502AnonymousInactiveBoy, that really cannot be a good sign, can it ? Why on earth would they try and sell that site, unless revenue is way down, and they are trying to cash out with something, while they can.
Or are they just trying to cash out once, and get that big retirement windfall, that will set them up for life ?
Or are they just testing the waters to see what their domain is really worth in this environment ?
Does anyone else see this differently ???

November 28, 2010 at 4:25 am #813508fintanMemberI understand your point, but remember they’ve already had offers, and I’m thinking it’s more a matter of the current owners belatedly realizing the value of the domain … and them preferring to take the big payout rather than continue to develop the site on their own, which, you have to admit, considering the domain that it is, it a bit lackluster …
