Hi all,
I have made several posts recently about their disconnects. I am fed up to the point they can keep the $200 0r more ….. was about 400 …. but I keep getting disconnected.
FT. you totally suck! you won’t address this situation. you don’t do anything to solve the problem. anybody promoting them better think twice about where they’re sending their players if they want them to return to your site. at this very moment. .. I’m leading or close …. and cannnot connect. I’ve made several attempts to get them to address the problem and apprarently they don’t care. I play fairly large stakes.
I’m so pissed i can hardly stand it!
ps
I have checked. I get access to other poker sites. I get access to all other internet sites. its not me!
July 13, 2007 at 6:27 am #742380AnonymousInactiveI stopped promoting Full Tilt for this very reason my players where complaining constantly about being disconnected when they where in big hands so I changed them over to AP or Ultimate Bet much better sites and everyone seems happy
July 13, 2007 at 6:54 am #742381AnonymousGuestthanks R:
I am concerned about AP’s predatory terms which is why I shyed away from them but will consider UB allthough I thought there were issues with them too.
anyhow….. very much appreciate your reply.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I do believe AP and UB are one and the same these days..
July 13, 2007 at 1:44 pm #742392supervinceMemberI am an affiliate for absolute poker as well as a player and haven’t had any problems with them.

Thats true. They are both chipleader now.
July 13, 2007 at 2:00 pm #742393neophyteMemberFT has indeed been a bit ropey recently.
stars went down for a few hrs recently too – only seems to happen when I am stacked – but hey – that’s poker .July 13, 2007 at 8:20 pm #742437AnonymousGuestbut hey – that’s poker .
I disagree. poker is maybe taking a bad beat. taking a loss when they won’t spend the money to provide enough servers to the amount of play going on… is bs.
and funny I can always log right back in after I’ve lost the tourney .. or its over. that tells me they have some kind of set up where log ins that don’t already have money in a game …. get in … but when you’re in the game.. that’s when you have trouble ……
its hard enough to win when you can play…. this sort of situation is unacceptable.
July 16, 2007 at 5:53 pm #742608AnonymousInactiveI agree completely. Full Tilt are a pathetic joke who have not got a clue what’s going in.
I’m an affiliate. I have revenue in my account. I want to withdraw it. Simple, huh?
Nope. FT want me to deposit so I can specify a withdrawal method. Why should I deposit? I have no need to. Full Tilt simply cannot understand this and won’t allow a withdrawal without depositing first.
Full Tilt – you’re utterly useless.
July 16, 2007 at 7:38 pm #742620AnonymousInactiveHas anyone noticed that their affiliate site has not been accessible for the last 3 days ? I get a server “forbidden” error when accessing. Is this related to any sort of non-US policy, or just dumb techy stuff ????
July 16, 2007 at 7:41 pm #742621AnonymousInactiveI don’t think it’s a US-specific thing as I’ve been getting it sporadically over recent days and I’m UK-based.
July 17, 2007 at 4:03 pm #742737AnonymousInactivewell, i wont ever be using Full Tilt after hearing all this! Nice info guys :hattip:
July 17, 2007 at 9:17 pm #742773AnonymousGuestHi all and thanks for your understanding and support,
you know i’ve tried to give them every opportunity to address the disconnect situation … and never once received a reply.
this a serious player situation especially if you want to make any serious money on player rakes.
you simply cannot have disconnects when a player is in a position to make a decent pot and then expect that player to be a return customer. the only reason i still play there is i have my initial buy-in still in place… have won a little but not enough to warrant the trouble cashing out.
besides which it is one of the few poker sites you can get into a sit and go at any decent sized stake.
I’m sure I will eventually lose my buy in considering the disconnect situation. but its too much trouble to go thru the hoops to cash out for a lousy $100 or so.
I’ve reached as much as $500 but when I tried to cash out they wanted too many hoops jumped thru ……. to make it worth my while. I figured I’d either reach a grand or lose it.
the point is that I am very certain other players feel the same. they won’t deposit again.
Had FT addressed my disconnects …… given me at least my money back I initially invested in the game. … i’d at least give them benefit of doubt. but they don’t even do that.
as an aff … I can’t begin to say other than I wouldn’t want to be associated with such a place. I still need to find time to get them off my poker sites but right now poker is such a questionable situation from an affs pov … that i don’t take time to make changes. there’s just too much money to be made promoting casinos to take time to fix the situation though if I got a lot of trafffic towards poker …….i’d owe it to my readers to take them down.
right now i don’t get enough to merit taking time to take them down. I MUST find time soon however. I DO owe it to the few readers I have.
very sad since they were one of the very few I felt were worth it.
