Hi Professor and all.
I have been lurking around here for some while and let me say what a great place this is for casino info.
I’m interested in private label casinos and was checking out http://www.directgambling.com
It has an initially great offer of a free already built casino style that you can customize and host on your own domain, a huge 66% net revenue and games that your visitors can play for free as they get warmed up to playing for real.
The big drawback though is that its not for free. The first 4 months are free and then you have to pay a whopping $1000 per month !!!!
The other thing that I’m reading at Direct Gambling is that the webmaster can customize their site ie own casino name banner etc but each time this is mentioned there is reference to “a low fee of $35/hour for infographic specialists and programmers to make any modifications to your casino”. Does any one know if this means that the affiliate webmaster/graphics designer cannot make the changes themselves? Does direct gambling.com have to be paid for any site modifications? Are all of the casino pages hosted on the affiliates web site (which would provide good content for search engine placements) or is this just a front door link to a casino, like offered at Gambling Federation?
Does any one have any experience with direct gambling.com?Thanks in advance for any info.

Further more, $1000 a month is STEEP, even after 4 months. There are numerous programs I work with that I earn $1500 – $2000 a month average after a year of building a player base. If you were to subtract $1000 each month they would not be nearly as attractive and the odd month where winners show up (This DOES happen in this business) you could actually end up paying for the privelage of marketing someone elses product. No Thanks.

Your math makes total sense to me and the $1000 per month is way over the danger line. I think that Direct Gambling and affiliates would be much better off if they dropped the $1000 per month fee and also dropped their 66% payout percentage to around 50% to make it work better for everyone. At the $1000 per month, I can see a lot of webmasters suffering a real loss. They would have spent a lot of time designing building hosting and promoting a good casino site, then just at the time that it might be starting to make some money, they would loose the results of their efforts because they could not afford the high monthly fee. I assume that they would also loose what players they had brought into Direct Gambling

There are plenty of white label casinos out there that cost nothing.
I would certainly not enter such an obligation.

I just wanted to let you know that after our exposition at GIGSE in Montreal this past June, we had a lot of interested people as prospects for being licensees for our white label casinos. The only thing that people did however find to be a disadvantage was our $1000 a month fee that we were charging after the first 4 months. This fee has since then been dropped due to the comments and we are currently preparing 7 new casinos for various people.
We had first thought of the charging the fee in order to cover the customer service etc and were giving the first 4 months free in order to give the licensees time to set up their clientele… but as I said , we have now dropped the fee. Our Directgambling website has not yet been updated on this matter, however it has been dropped and the changes should be made shortly to the website.
As for the infographic design charges, we do charge 35$ an hour to cover the programmers salary for those who need it, but if anybody has their own programmers and wishes to make changes themselves they may do so without any trouble at all. We function in the way that the licensee wants to function. Some want to take care of their own customer service as well because they already have other casinos. We are flexible. These are all things that can be changed for the needs of our clients.
