    Hey,

Rarely do I lose it with and affiliate program but well the season got to me … I am normally business like and hold my tongue even when I have been getting screwed. But fortune affiliates pushed me over the edge ….

I in all honesty went off … but I had a lot of reason to … First off I told the moron Ivan over at fortune affiliates to stick it where the sun does not shine and went on a rant on many points where they screw us affiliates …

It started when Ivan wrote me back telling me how great there program was and then said I do not and did not give them enough exposure. Then he went on with the same old blahedy blah how he can try and work with me … Well I swallowed my pride and wrote a decent email back to no avail no answer for a few days well then I thought about it and sent the email that really pissed them off … LOL Good

I have a big problem with them and with referback … I wasted lots of traffic on them both as I have stated here latley. Anyway here is what I got back … I think they will save me some cash in not getting robbed now that I have to pull there stinking banners. I think actually the email was the best I wrote this holiday season and I will not post it now but it was quite colorful …

I now can be a thorn in there side for all the lies and bs they shovel and for all the traffic they have skimmed. The reply email I recieved states :

“We will not accept receiving such defamatory emails from a “business partner”. We no longer wish to do business with you therefore your affiliate account has been terminated. “

They pay late which I stated, they bid heavily against all there affiliates like I stated, and I would bet my ass they shave us to pay for these high priced clicks … which I stated there were other things I also had included in the email. Besides much colorful language, but the fact is that they are cheaters and I am in no way condoning my behavior but the fact I threw it all in there face makes it show that there may be a little guilt there and they wanted to shut me up … Which they did not …

All I can really say to them is thanks for making it a easy break, I lost a lot of cash playing there stupid games a year or so ago and they always chase me down and corner me for traffic at conventions always for false promises and BS …

Looks like I have some work to do this weekend pulling banners but what matters most is that I feel good about myself now. I can not be whipping boy for such a dishonest company …

I have to say the email must have pissed them off but I never had one whale player with them … I get these often with other programs …. I hope they are quite pleased with being told where to go and how to get there. I have had them on my sites since they opened and I did terrible the whole time in comparisons with others but they always seemed to be able to get me to give them another chance the sniveling idiots would beg for more exposure which I would be stupid enough to listen to. Well I am no longer a fool and I just had to let loose. Again no big loss I had already started pulling banners and when they noticed this they wanted traffic again … Obviously the traffic was good for something otherwise why did they want it ??? I guess they were offended by a few of my colorful comments and they just could not beg anymore …

I know that all the alkemize casinos are being removed from my site. I also wish to have nothing to do with this group.

Is it possible they needed us as their whales to pay for the purchase of Alkemize ?

I have pounded on them relentlessly for two years. I had the EXACT same experience with them and have stated so 100 times. In fact my famous shaving picture was first used when describing their program.

I like Ivan and David and Jonathan on a personal basis and have given up on pelting them with rocks as it does no good. The only thing to do is remove them from your sites.

I am FIRMLY convinced that there are MAJOR tracking issues with them and that there is some loophole which allows a very small handful of affiliates to do well with them while 98% of the rest of us can’t make a dime with them. There IS a hole somewhere similar to the old cookie issue at Captain Cooks and Referback I just don’t know what it is and don’t have the time or interest level necessary to fix their problems for them.

Krystal swears by these assholes so she must have found the secret, but virtually everyone else I know has thrown their hands up and walked away from these guys long ago. Rather then get needlessly agitated its probably best to do the same thing.

It’s a pity too because they have GREAT creatives, Attractive Bonuses and a top notch retention team. Plus they are MGS, so if there WASNT a major problem A MUCH GREATER PERCENTAGE of us would be doing great with them.

Oh well, you can lead a horse to water, but you cant stop him from robbing you blind.

    Yah,

I should not have lost it ….

I feel a little better though LOL I did like David … He is a nice guy but well that is maybe part of the game with them.. . I have a hard time just ignoring the fact that they bid against us big time, and want your best traffic then tell you the players dont like there casinos when you send them. Any time you send them traffic it never converts like others … Plus unless you are sending tons of traffic they cross promote with your players etc ….

Ohh well I really think that they and referback are going the wayward way of corrupt casino affiliate programs. Sometimes the bigger the office, staff, and marketing group the worse they convert. This is no coincidence, it cannot be a coincidence.

You need to make cash somewhere to pay all those salaries, all the rent, and for all the conventions and such as well. And when cash slows a little you still have to pay for all the bills.

Yep, got to agree. Fortune and Referback both suck.

Your better off without them. It will give you more time to concentrate on programs that actually make you money.

    Damn,

Fortune affiliates are pretty bad I have started looking at a really good month so far this month and I had basically moved the bad converting casinos off most of my sites and replaced them with a lot of others. The difference is pretty huge, I cannot believe it actually … I keep going and looking at stats to make sure I’m not dreaming LOL …..

Sorry they got to you bada, but the sooner you drop this scum the better off you will be. :)

I told them off over a year ago and all my player vanished the next time I logged on. Much like my players at GSN after I told Marlo off … its amazing the only programs I have ever had loads of trouble with are MGS … quite the enigma I swear!!!

Luckily there are a few MGS programs out there worth promoting for – least they are more honest than the dishonest!

Better luck with the next group badabing …
