Why are you the only MGS Casino Group that has experienced this problem??
In my experience having been an IT Manager for 5 Years for a high profile Microgaming Casino – When they do an upload, they do it to all their clients!!!!
Also the fact that this had to be brought to your attention, instead of you as in Fortune Affiliates informing us is very wrong and is something you need to address. Communication is key to our relationship!
February 13, 2006 at 3:24 pm #683342AnonymousInactive“An error with the data?” What kind of error?
This is totally unreal for as much money Micro makes you would think they would have top of the line equipment!
I agree.
I’d like to know more about the exact nature of the error. How long did the problem last? Were our referrals recorded during this time? How does
MGFortune Affiliates plan to avoid something like this in the future? This isn’t the first time there has been “an error with the data.” I hope
MGFortune Affiliates can get a permanent handle on this soon.February 13, 2006 at 6:08 pm #683358AnonymousInactiveI can’t recall the group offhand but I did hear of others having a problem. Most programs like to go hush hush with it and try not to stir the pot unless enough affiliates scream bloddy murder.
It is MG – they have absolutely no excuse for treating affiliates as second class citizens by running the worst, unpolished, unfinished and unstable affiliate stats program on the entire internet!
:Pisser: MG – for crying out loud, take care of your affiliates!
February 13, 2006 at 6:10 pm #683359AnonymousInactiveWe know that FA is a good group, I always have received my payments, but Webzcas ask a right question, isn’t the first time that this happen in a short period since the last time and only to FA.

February 13, 2006 at 8:34 pm #683381AnonymousInactiveHi all,
No players at all will be lost, once the update with the correct data has been done all will be as should be.
The only reason we did not tell everyone as soon as we found out was because we were under the impression it all would be sorted out, much sooner than today. We also did not want to speculate too much on the outcome concerning January’s stats without any facts at hand.
Definitely no attempt to tweak the numbers for Feb, the total result is actually going to mean more money for the affected affiliates. So if Fortune Affiliates was dishonest in any way we would have kept quiet and left the stats as they were.
Because we value our integrity, and our affiliates, we will always rather correct any problems concerning stats issues. Even if it means it will cost us money.
We cannot speak for the other programs as their information is not disclosed to us.
Again, our apologies for the inconvenience but everything will be sorted out soon.
Bye for now.
February 13, 2006 at 10:22 pm #683388AnonymousInactiveI myself can understand that you at FA are at the mercy of MG, my question is why does this happen at only a few of the MG affiliate programs. I would like to have a better understanding of how that works.
Also what if any pressure is being put on MG by you all? As in why is this a repeating problem and what do they (MG) plan to do to fix this or do they just plan to continue to snub us small fish affiliates?February 14, 2006 at 12:05 am #683399AnonymousInactivebonustreak wrote:Also what if any pressure is being put on MG by you all? As per the quote above, how come no one is pushing MG on this?
Are we as affiliates expected to pursue this with MG ourselves?
If so, just point me in the right direction. :banger:
February 14, 2006 at 4:00 pm #683470AnonymousInactiveHi again all;
Fortune Affiliates has decided to do the below, and this will also be sent out in a general mailer to all affiliates very soon:
We are going to start up the stats engine again. The data displayed may still be incorrect for a few affiliates as it only affected certain players. We will be sending out a communication to the affected affiliates to advise the expected impact and resolution.
While the stats engine has been off all of the data on existing and new players has still been collected which means that you will see the correct stats if you are not one of the affected affiliates.
To avoid delaying payments further we have decided to make the payments now and adjust the affected affiliates as soon as all the outstanding data issues have been resolved.
Please contact our support should you require any more information.
Kind Regards,
Your Fortune Affiliates Team
