You know the problem here? The CPA model does suck but at the same time if you really feel you have been wronged, take action. Demand what is owed or drop them.

I have had my model changed numerous of times from CPA to Rev Share without a hitch. In your situation, trying to be nice, they treat you like some kind of primitive ape.

I bet if your presence was more solid the story would be different. Just an opinion, greek39

You mentioned a mailing list — could it be that more than one person reported your mailings as spam to the affiliate program in question? They may have flagged your account for that, but whomever flagged your account didn’t place proper notes on your account, so when you went to email them, the representative didn’t know the specific reasoning.

No it has not anythign to to with my mailings..

I recieve this from Jaco (He had probably no idea of the CPA abuse story)

    Hi Bjorn

2006 seems to be off to a god start for your Fortune Affiliates acquisitions. I would like to suggest to you to increase the marketing exposure of the 100% Money back Guarantee from Fortune Room casino. This promo is hugely successful and would surely drive higher acquisitions and increased revenue for you.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or assistance.

    Best Regards

    Jaco V

I got the message from you guys that i wouldn’t get paid from my CPA earnings the last 2 months and for this month i have no idea..

The previous months did i earn $2000 and i din’t get a penny becuse of CPA abuse i never have done.. This month and the $400 so far.. Will i recive them?

But you want me to market your casinos even more? LOL

Well i got told that i maybe will recieve some cash if the depositors deposit more..

    But i duno..

Sure i can market your casinos if i will get paid for it otherwise i will concentrate on casinos where i KNOW i will get paid.

    Answer:

    Hi Bjorn

You will be paid the $1400 due to you on CPA for December 2005. The CPA for November was however reversed by our Auditors due to CPA abuse. Your account has been changed to the Wager Share earnings model affective from this month.

I hope we can build things up going forward.

    Thanx Jaco! :Partier:

After that i wrote this to him:

Well , thats good to hear that i will get something from it!

Becuse i haven’t abused the CPA on purpose. I have only worked to get you players and i dont know what they do. I have NEVER told a person to signup, deposit or rewarded anyone to do so.

I’m still wondering.. The rest of the players i sent in nov except the ones i earned $800 from, the ones that i referred and haven’t made 2 deposits yet. If they do in the future will i get any earnings from them? I had good traffic that month, i marketed your casinos hard becuse of your great promos. You can’t say that i have abused the CPA for players that i haven’t got any earnings from yet. If you suspect abuse i thinks it right for you to hold the earnings from that specific players untill you see activity from them.

    So i have two questions:

When i talked to an auditor he told me that i will get paid from the “abuse” players too if there is activity from them in the future, is that right?

Have you locked the earnings from all players that month or only the ones that resulted in $800?

I have sent out emails on the 100% cash back and i will send some more soon also with the other ones + setup some more banners + info to my sites!

    Thanx!

I’ve been involved with FA going on 4 years and never had a problem w/ them, but I don’t use the CPA. I really dislike how it takes them so long to update stats.
The only CPA I ever did was with Casino on Net. I joined them in 1999 and they paid me $125 per sign-up and I had 113 sign-ups the first 2 months, of course 90 of them I personally put $50 into their casino account. It cost me $4500 but then I made over $13k and I know for a fact alot of them still play there so I don’t know how FA can tell you your players will never deposit any more money.

Also Iwent to your site….I like the purple font but I noticed a few of your no deposit offers are no longer no deposit:hmmm …just thought I’d let you know

    Welcome to CAP, Voovoo!

1999 – those were the days. I too remember $125 CPA from 888.

    Much has changed…
