Hi, Perhaps you could all let me know what you think, being as Fortune affiliates do not reply to emails after 5 days, even though I got a read receipt saying my email had been read. I sent a second email, but no read receipt or reply from them.
I have been promoting their casino and mobile casino brands. My stats show that so far for the month of January I had 225 downloads of the mobile phone games. My stats also say that I have not earned anything. I queried with them how it could be possible that 225 mobile downloads were made under my affiliate ID, yet I have not earned a cent, but they do not respond. I am about to re-direct all their banners on my site to another brand.
Please tell if you think they are cheating me, remember that is 225 times games were downloaded to mobile phones, but no earnings for me what-so-ever.
January 26, 2011 at 3:49 pm #814380winner.comMemberHave you sent an email to your personal affiliate manager? Or to the general mail box?
PM me and I will send you my affiliate managers emailI would keep in mind a lot of them might be away because of the conference.
January 26, 2011 at 5:14 pm #814382multirake1MemberThanks for your reply. I sent emails to Ricardo. Even with the conference on, one would expect emails would be checked and replied to, there is no good time to abandon affiliates that are working hard promoting your brand. My trust in them has pretty much gone now, I just do not believe the stats they are presenting to me. I will PM if you think it would help for me to email the contact that you have, and many thanks for that.
January 26, 2011 at 5:51 pm #814384AnonymousInactivePlease be aware that this week almost all aff programs will be sparsely staffed. Everyone is at the big conference in London for a week, starting today.
January 26, 2011 at 6:08 pm #814385multirake1MemberThanks Dominique, I appreciate that, however there should be some kind of response when an affiliate feels they are blatantly being cheated. No response what-so-ever is not good enough when I sent players that downloaded 225 of their mobile games. If they are sparsley staffed, then there should be someone there who can send some kind of reply. My trust in them is truly running out, and currently I am still sending them traffic, but not for much longer.

Fortune is a very good program; We never receive any negative comments on their affiliate support. The Affiliate team at Fortune has been messaged as of today and if this has not been resolved I’m sure it will be shortly.Kindest Regards,
Brooke

I did hear from Ricardo. He said that there was an issue with the download report, and my 225 downloads was actually 12. I no longer promote that brand.
